Problems And Suggestions On Governance Of Integrated Medical And Elderly Care Services In Z District

Z district is a severe region with population aging,and the percentage of people over 60 with 26.2%,and have intense demands both health and social care.Besides,as the increasing of the Z district’s elderly population grows,the government,society,and families are also facing a heavier burden for the aged.The combination of medical care and elderly care is an innovative concept of the cause of elderly care in the new era,and a new countermeasure to cope with the aging population in Z district.How to give full play to the governance role of the government,the society and the elderly in the medical and elderly care services has become an important issue in the construction of the social pension system.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and so on unifies the way,carries on the research to Z district medical care union retirement service.First of all,based on the study of references at home and abroad,using data analysis method,in-depth analysis of the status quo and trends of deep aging in Z district.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire and interview,the paper analyzes the social demand of the elderly in Z district,summarizes the status quo of the supply of the services,and further reveals the difficulties in the governance of the services in Z district,that is,the lack of coordination among multiple departments,the limited participation of social forces and the insufficient stimulation of the initiative of the elderly in the collaborative governance.Then it points out that the causes of governance difficulties are the imperfection of multi-department governance,lack of social forces’ participation,imperfection of nursing talents,and lack of living habits of medical care and elderly care services.In view of the difficulties and causes in the governance of integrated medical and elderly care services,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the collaborative governance among public departments,strengthen the collaborative governance with social third parties,strengthen the construction of elderly care talents,and promote the formation of social culture of integrated medical and elderly care services,so as to meet the health and elderly care needs of the elderly in Z district and promote the high-quality development of integrated medical and elderly care services in Z district so as to actively respond to the aging population in Z district.
