Objectives: Review the changes of TRAb in patients with Graves’ disease within one year after RAI treatment, explore the factors that affect the remission of TRAb after RAI treatment, and provide a theoretical reference for the selection of RAI treatment patients and the estimation of curative effect. Methods: A retrospective study of the one-year follow-up data of patients diagnosed with GD and undergoing RAI treatment in the Nuclear Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 2019 to March 2020.Patients were divided into remission group and non-remission group according to whether TRAb returned to the pre-treatment level 12 months after RAI treatment.According to gender and age 1:2 pairing, using SPSS24.0 to perform conditional logistic regression analysis on general data, laboratory test results, imaging test results and RAI treatment dose to analyze the interaction of multiple factors. Results: A total of 100 GD patients meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled, and the male to female ratio was 1:4.A total of 96 patients were positive for TRAb before treatment, with a positive rate of 96%.According to the grouping conditions,61 patients were in the remission group and 39 patients were in the non-remission group. The results of this study showed that:(1)TRAb peaked at 3to 6 months after RAI treatment for Graves’ disease, and then gradually decreased.TRAb in most patients returned to the pre-treatment level around 12 months.(2)The results of multivariate retrospective analysis showed that TGAb(OR=0.484,95%CI0.282~0.829)and TRAb(OR=0.450,95%CI 0.271~0.749)levels before treatment affected the remission of TRAb after RAI treatment in patients with Graves’ disease Independent risk factors, and the level of TGAb and TRAb before treatment is negatively correlated with whether TRAb can return to the level before treatment.Conclusion:(1)The TRAb of Graves’ disease patients increased first and then slowly decreased within one year after RAI treatment.During this period, the protection of Graves ophthalmopathy should be strengthened. At the same time, for women of childbearing age,the changes in TRAb after RAI should be closely observed to make pregnancy more Safety.(2)This study proves that patients with higher TGAb and TRAb levels before RAI treatment in Graves’ disease are more likely to return to pre-treatment levels after treatment, suggesting that Graves’ disease patients with higher TGAb and TRAb levels before treatment are more suitable for RAI treatment,And the effect is better.
