| Objective:Taking patients after direct anterior total hip arthroplasty as the research object,Midified Taohong Siwu decoction the directional acupoint therspy on patients was used to analyze its clinical efficacy on early rehabilitation after direct anterior approach Total Hip Arthroplasty.Seek a comprehensive plan with better curative effect for early postoperative rapid rehabilitation treatment.Methods:From March 2020 to December 2020,74 hospitalized patients who underwent unilateral direct anterior total hip arthroplasty for the first time who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into control group and test group with 37 cases each.Control group: conventional treatment after total hip replacement.Experimental group: On the basis of conventional postoperative treatment,Midified Taohong Siwu Decoction the Directional Acupoint Therspy was used in combination with directional penetrating medicine on the first day after surgery.Select Fengshi,Huantiao,Liangqiu and Ashi points for the drug penetration point,30 minutes each time.5 days of treatment during hospitalization,1 treatment per day,After discharge from the hospital,the treatment is 2 times/week for 3 weeks.The two groups measured and recorded visual analog pain score,mid-thigh circumference,and creatine kinase before operation and 3,7,14,and 30 days after operation.Harris hip scores were measured 1day before surgery,1,7,14,30 days after surgery,and scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were recorded to evaluate the efficacy of TCM.All data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:The completion of this experiment is 34 cases in the experimental group and 34 cases in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data such as gender,age,height,weight,and body mass index between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.1.VAS score: There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups of patients at 1 day before surgery,3 days after surgery,and 30 days after surgery(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in VAS scores at 7 and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05).2.Swelling degree: Comparison of the middle thigh circumference of the affected limb after the operation between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the middle thigh circumference of the affected limb 1 day before operation,3 days after operation,and 30 days after operation(P>0.05).Day,14 days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Creatine kinase: There is no interaction effect between the two groups of data(P>0.05),indicating that there is no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of creatine kinase between the two groups.4.Harris score: There was no significant difference in Harris score between the two groups of patients 1 day before surgery,3 days after surgery,and 30 days after surgery(P>0.05).The Harris score of the hip joint in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome scores and efficacy evaluation: After treatment,the difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was94.11% higher than that of the control group 82.35%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety observation: There was no skin ulceration,allergies and other adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.The vital signs of the two groups were stable,the liver and kidney functions were not significantly abnormal,and no serious adverse reactions and events occurred.Conclusion:1.For patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty after direct anterior approach,the use of Midified Taohong Siwu Decoction directional permeabilization can reduce early postoperative pain,relieve postoperative swelling,improve Harris hip score,and promote rapid postoperative speed Recovery.2.The use of Midified Taohong Siwu Decoction to permeate the medicine can reduce the postoperative qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome TCM syndrome integral,improve postoperative qi stagnation and blood stasis symptoms,and is a safe treatment method... |
