Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Modified Erxian Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Chronic Nephritis Of CKD1-2 With Deficiency Of Kidney-yin And Yang

OBJECTIVEBy observing the clinical efficacy of Erxian Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of CKD1-2 chronic nephritis patients with kidney yin and yang deficiency and the treatment of urine protein,bloodβ₂-microglobulin（bloodβ₂-MG）,urineβ₂-microglobulin（The effect of urinaryβ₂-MG）is to explore whether the addition of Erxian Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic nephritis with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang,reduce proteinuria and hematuriaβ₂-MG,and hope to provide some ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic nephritis.MethodAccording to the principle of randomization,70 cases of chronic nephritis patients with CKD1-2 stage of kidney yin and yang deficiency type that meet the inclusion criteria of this subject are divided into 35 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the test group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the test group was treated with Erxian Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 8 weeks.The 24-hour urine protein quantification（24h Upro）,glomerular filtration rate（e GFR）,blood creatinine（Scr）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,and bloodβ₂-microglobulin were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.（Bloodβ₂-MG）,urineβ₂-microglobulin（urinaryβ₂-MG）and other laboratory indicators and the changes of TCM syndrome scores,calculate the TCM syndrome curative effect and clinical comprehensive curative effect after treatment,and carry out relevant statistical analysis.Result1.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in general data,clinical test indicators,and TCM syndrome scores between the control group and the test group（P>0.05）,and they were comparable.2.After treatment,the values of Scr,BUN,24h Upro,bloodβ₂-MG,and urineβ₂-MG of the two groups of patients decreased,and the value of e GFR increased.The two groups were in Scr,24h Upro,bloodβ₂-MG,and urineβ₂-MG.The difference between the MG and e GFR groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the test group was better than the control group;while the two groups had no significant difference in the BUN group（P>0.05）.3.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes decreased.The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 82.35%;the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 57.58%.Comparing the two groups,The difference is statistically significant（P<0.01）,and the test group is better than the control group.4.Comprehensive clinical efficacy after treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 88.24%,and the effective rate of the control group was 60.70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.01）,and the experimental group was better than the control group.In Conclusion1.Modified Erxian Decoction combined with basic western medicine treatment significantly reduces the TCM syndrome scores of patients with chronic nephritis with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang,and has a good effect on improving their clinical symptoms.2.The modified Erxian Decoction combined with the basic western medicine treatment group can effectively reduce urine protein in patients with chronic nephritis with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang,improve renal function,and its curative effect is better than that of the basic western medicine treatment group.3.In the course of this research,no obvious side effects of Erxian Decoction combined with conventional western medicine were found in the short-term in the course of this research.The safety is high and can be used in clinical promotion.
