Clinical Study Of Yiqigutuo For Mula Combined With Per Ineal Pr Octectomy And Anastomosis In The Tr Eatment Of R Ectal Pr Olapse With Qi Deficiency And Subsidence

Objective: Through comparing the changes of various indicators in the treatment group and the control group,we evaluated the therapeutic effect of Yiqigutuo formula combined with perineal proctectomy and anastomosis on complete rectal prolapse of qi deficiency and subsidence type by statistical method.Through the analysis of the relevant mechanism,we provided the theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of complete rectal prolapse of qi deficiency and subsidence type.Methods: We selected 60 patients with rectal prolapse satisfying the inclusion and exclusion criteria who were treated by Director Zhang from April 2017 to April 2019.We adopted the randomized controlled trial method.30 patients in the control group were treated with surgery,while 30 patients in the treatment group were given Yiqigutuo formula orally on the basis of surgery.Through analyzing the cure rate,the primary symptoms and the improvement of qi deficiency between the two groups after treatment,we observed the effect of Yiqigutuo formula combined with perineal proctectomy and anastomosis on complete rectal prolapse of qi deficiency and subsidence type.Results: There was no difference in the total effect between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),and the length of rectal prolapse in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that the two groups can effectively improve the length of rectal prolapse;The data of the treatment group and the control group were comparable before treatment(P > 0.05);The scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment in perianal dampness,defecation times,defecating time,sensation of anal distention and qi deficiency and subsidence(P < 0.05),suggesting that the two groups can improve the related clinical symptoms;The treatment group in the perianal dampness,defecation times,defecating time,sensation of anal distention and qi deficiency and subsidence,symptom total score after treatment were less than the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group in the change good related clinical symptoms were better than the control group.Conclusion: Yiqigutuo formula combined with perineal proctectomy and anastomosis has obvious clinical effect of rectal prolapse.It could obviously improve the main postoperative symptoms of rectal prolapse.And it has medication safety and low cost,which is worthy of promotion and application.
