| Community public health services,as an important part of my country’s primary health services,play a bottom-line role in my country’s public health system and are closely related to public health.However,due to the late development of community health services in my country,there are still many problems.How to measure the quality of community health services and improve them has become a key issue.As the direct participants of community health services,community residents have important reference value in the evaluation of community health services.Therefore,this article chooses to use the American customer satisfaction model to measure their satisfaction with community public health services from the perspective of residents in order to improve the quality of urban community health services and improve my country’s public health system.Based on the questionnaire survey data and the American customer satisfaction model,this paper considers the public welfare nature of community public health services and the characteristics of the health industry,and builds five latent variables including public information,public expectations,perceived quality,public satisfaction,and public trust.The public satisfaction model of community public health services in the included,mainly examines two parts of the relationship:one is the influence of public information,public expectations and perceived quality as antecedent variables on public satisfaction;the other is the influence of public satisfaction on the outcome variable public trust Influence,and use the structural equation to verify.First of all,in the descriptive statistical results,it is found that residents’ satisfaction with urban community health services is maintained at a relatively good level,and the public has a good evaluation of all dimensions.Secondly,through the empirical analysis of AMOS23.0 software,it specifically studies the causal relationship between public information,public expectations,perceived quality and public satisfaction,and the influence path of public satisfaction on public trust.The model has passed reliability and validity tests.The results showed that:(1)The public’s information about community health services,expectations of community public health services,actual quality of community health services,and public satisfaction with community public health services have a significant positive relationship.Perceived quality has a significant positive relationship.The impact of public satisfaction is the most significant,followed by public expectations,followed by public information;(2)Public satisfaction has a positive impact on public trust.The higher the public’s satisfaction with community health services,the more they support and recommend community health services.The greater the willingness to serve,the higher public trust;(3)Public information not only plays a role in community health service satisfaction,but also has a positive impact on public expectations and perceived quality.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results of community health service public satisfaction,this article proposes the following suggestions for the weaknesses in community health services:clarify the supply content,ensure the matching of supply and demand;improve the main body of supply,realize diversified-input;pay attention to supply communication,Improve public participation;improve the quality of supply and strengthen the talent team;change supply concepts and innovate supply technology. |
