Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By Qi Gong Pill And Drospirenone And Ethinylestradiol Tablets Ⅱ

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Qigong pill and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets Ⅱ in the treatment of obese patients with PCOS,in order to provide plans and ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods: 70 cases of obese PCOS(phlegm dampness syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group.The observation group was given "drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets Ⅱ + Qigong pill" and The control group was given "drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets Ⅱ".Observe the TCM symptom score(including main syndrome score and secondary syndrome score),BMI,WHR,LH/FSH,T,HOMA-IR,FPG/FINS,acne score,hairiness score and other observation indexes and evidence were collected before and after treatment The clinical efficacy of Qigong pill and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets Ⅱ on obese PCOS(phlegm dampness syndrome)was evaluated.Results:1.Comprehensive curative effect judgment: the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%,while that of the control group was68.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM symptom score comparison: after treatment,the main syndrome score of the two groups decreased(P<0.01),and there was no statistical difference between them after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the minor symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),while the minor symptom scores with the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the total score of the two groups decreased(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of BMI and WHR: there were significant differences in BMI between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).WHR in the observation group decreased after treatment(P<0.01),however,the difference in the control group was not significant(P>0.05).4.Comparison of hairiness and acne scores: after treatment,the observation group’s hairiness scores were difference(P<0.05),while the control group was no difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the acne scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.01),but there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of gonadal hormone: after treatment,all the LH,LH/FSH and T in the two groups were decreased(P<0.01).However,the two groups’ distinctions were not obvious in FSH(P>0.05).6.Comparison of glucose metabolism level: after treatment,Fins and HOMA-IR of the two groups were decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.01),and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,FPG/Fins increased in both groups,and there was a significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Qigong pill and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets Ⅱ in the treatment of obese PCOS is better than using drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets Ⅱ alone in treating obese PCOS.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce weight,reduce acne,improve insulin resistance and hormone levels,thereby regulating Endocrine,adjust the menstrual cycle.
