Objective:To investigate whether oxycodone can be safely used in general anesthesia of thyroid surgery, and whether oxycodone has the advantage of reducing anesthesia related side effects compared with sufentanil.Method:60 female patients with thyroid lesions undergoing selective intraoperative nerve monitoring under general anesthesia in our hospital in 2020 were selected as samples, aged 25-60 years, body mass index(BMI):20-30kg/m~2,ASA gradeⅠorⅡ.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:0.24mg/kg oxycodone,0.05mg/kg cisatracurium and 2mg/kg propofol injection(group O),0.4ug/kg sufentanil citrate injection,0.05mg/kg cisatracurium and 2mg/kg propofol injection(Group S).The baseline values(T0),immediately before intubation(T1),1min after intubation(T2),3min after intubation(T3)were recorded,HR,SBP,DBP,MAP,SpO2,and BIS values were recorded at 5 minutes(T5)after intubation to record whether there was cough and its degree during intubation, and whether there was cough when the patient raised his head before operation. The number of additional sufentanil and oxycodone and the number of vasoactive drugs were recorded.HR,SBP,DBP,MAP,Sp O2,BIS,anesthesia time(anesthesia induction time withdrawal time),recovery time(anesthesia induction time eye opening time),extubation time(drug withdrawal time extubation time),extubation time(drug withdrawal time extubation time),and the degree of cough were recorded. The postoperative respiratory depression, postoperative agitation score(Ricker score),postoperative pain 2 h,4 h,8 h,VAS score, postoperative nausea and vomiting in group O and group S were recorded.Result:1.HR and SBP of group S at T1 before intubation were significantly lower than those of group O,HR,SBP,MAP and DBP of group S at T5 after intubation were significantly lower than those of group O,and the number of cough cases of group O was significantly lower than that of group S(P<0.05).2.The times of using norepinephrine, adding sufentanil and cough in group S were more than those in group O(P<0.05).3.The agitation score and the number of nausea and vomiting in group O were significantly lower than those in group S(P<0.05)。Conclusion:Compared with sufentanil, oxycodone has the advantages of maintaining more stable hemodynamics during intubation and operation, reducing the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and restlessness score, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
