With the deepening of China’s medical and health system reform,more and more foreign-funded hospitals and private hospitals are joining the domestic medical market.Under the current economic system,current salary system is necessary for public hospitals to improve their core competitiveness in the medical market,to Take the initiative to build a fair internal,with external competitiveness of the compensation system.As a developing county-level public general hospital,Q public hospital is faced with fierce competition in many aspects.Q public hospital has to face up to its own reality and combine its actual needs with its management and development,objective analysis of the current problems and shortcomings,through continuous optimization of the pay system,can make the pay system not only effectively motivate staff,but also meet the development of the hospital,improve the core competitiveness of the hospital.This paper takes Q public hospital as the research object,and uses the research methods such as questionnaire and staff interview,it is found that there are several problems in the current salary system,such as the unsound salary system,the unreasonable salary composition,the lack of the necessary job analysis and evaluation,and the Unsound Welfare System,and then analyzed the reason of this kind of situation.Then combined with the actual situation of the hospital,with the support of related theories such as salary management and human resource management,through the Post analysis and evaluation,improve performance evaluation,pay survey,economic pay optimization,non-economic pay optimization and other steps,this paper has designed an operational compensation system optimization scheme which accords with the actual situation of q public hospital.At the same time,in order to make the optimized salary system run normally,the hospital should provide the necessary safeguard in the system,the fund,the culture,the human resources.
