Study On The Strategy Of Improving The Quality Of Community Medical Service From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Community medical service,as a branch of public service,bears the function of ensuring the health of residents in the community.It is of great significance to improve the quality of community medical service to solve the medical problems of residents.However,at present,there is still a big gap between community medical services and residents’ medical needs in China.At the same time,the deepening of aging,the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases and the increasing medical needs of residents also put forward higher requirements for the quality of community medical services in China.At present,the research on the quality of community medical service is mostly confined to the community hospital itself,and pays little attention to the medical service supply chain where the community hospital is located.Therefore,this paper selects the supply chain as the research perspective to carry out the research on the improvement strategy of community medical services.First of all,a descriptive statistical analysis of the current situation of community medical services quality in China is carried out,and the problems and causes of community medical service quality are excavated.Second,building a community hospital as the core,government departments,public hospitals and suppliers for upstream,the patient is downstream of the community health service supply chain,for each main body based on the supply chain to analyze the influence factors of community medical service quality,using the SERVQUAL model and KANO model to get the influence factors of classification,extraction,To refine the key quality elements of community medical service.Thirdly,from each link of the supply chain,measures to improve the quality of community medical service were found out.Based on the QFD model,quality function expansion was carried out to construct the house of quality of community medical service.Priority of various measures for improvement was obtained,and strategies for improving the quality of community medical service were proposed according to the results.Finally,a community hospital in Yanbian Prefecture of Jilin Province is taken as an example to carry out an empirical study to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.The research shows that the comprehensive factors influencing the quality of community medical service can be obtained from the perspective of the main body of the community medical service supply chain.After finishing this paper argues that community analysis of hospital medical equipment type and quantity,patient waiting time,doctors,communication skills and time,health coverage diseases,public hospital reimbursement ratio range and 20 factors such as whether to provide technical support to the community medical service quality has significant influence,community medical service quality can be obtained by further screening of key quality elements.Then,through the analysis of measures to improve the quality of community medical service from the perspective of supply chain and the application of QFD technology,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the quality of community medical service,such as managing patients’ medical demand,strengthening the connection between community hospitals and the outside world,implementing human resource management,and strengthening the information sharing of medical service supply chain providers.
