to the accumulation of long-term fatigue.The injury causes the strength of their waist muscles to decrease,resulting in waist function.The problem of disorders.Research purposes:The purpose of this research is to explore the elastic band resistance training program suitable for airport security personnel,and train and intervene airport security personnel through a specially designed elastic band resistance training program to improve the waist strength of airport security personnel,and on this basis,improve their waist The completeness and health of functions promote the development of the waist health of airport security personnel,avoid the impact of waist functional obstacles on the work and life of airport security personnel,and improve the work efficiency and quality of life of airport security personnel.research method:Relevant information on the principle of waist dysfunction was obtained by consulting literature,and reliable suggestions for designing elastic band training programs were obtained through interviews.Finally,the elastic band resistance training was applied to airport security personnel through experimental methods to verify the effectiveness of elastic significant differences in low back and leg pain scores(P<0.05).After the experiment,the scores of lower limb numbness of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).After the experiment,the test group and the control group had significant differences in the scores of turning over from lying position(P<0.05).After the experiment,the sitting and standing scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).After the experiment,the walking scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).After the experiment,the sitting scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was a significant difference in station scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment,the sleep scores of the experimental group and the control group were band resistance training,the waist functional impairment scores have dropped across the board,and the degree of waist functional impairment has been significantly reduced.Training with elastic bands can enhance the ability of lumbar muscles to contract and relax,improve the support of lumbar muscles on the lumbar spine,reduce the compression of gravity on the lumbar spine,thereby reducing the degree of lumbar pain,and improving the functional ability of the waist.(2)Elastic band resistance training can effectively improve the angle values of the front,back,left,and right flexion of the waist of the airport security personnel,and improve the movement ability of the waist in four aspects: front,back,left,and right.The elastic band resistance improves the waist stability of airport security personnel,enhances the balance of waist muscle strength,promotes the flexible and coordinated transformation of back muscle contraction and relaxation of airport security personnel,reduces the degree of reflex inhibition caused by low back pain,and makes the waist muscles Disuse atrophy is transformed into functional exercise,which in turn improves waist muscle function.(3)The elastic band resistance training effectively improved the integrated EMG and average power frequency of the multifidus and erector spinae of airport security personnel.The elastic band resistance training played a role in activating the multifidus and erector spinae on both sides.In sports,more motor units can be mobilized to participate in the exercise,and more muscle fibers can be recruited to generate strength.Elastic band resistance training can effectively stimulate the proprioceptors of the waist muscles,produce limb movement and protective reflex arc activities,and can fully train the
