Research On The Service Of Medical Social Work In The Disabled Elderly

With the arrival of "silver tide",the aging degree of our country is deepening,and the aging of population has become one of the main challenges facing our country.According to the data of the National Bureau of statistics,by the end of 2018,the number of people over 60 years old in China has reached 249 million,accounting for17.9% of the total population,and the number of people over 65 years old has reached167 million,accounting for 11.9% of the total population.In 2018,China’s average life expectancy increased to 77 years,but the average healthy life expectancy was only 68.7years.These two data mean that the elderly in China have lived with diseases for more than eight years on average,of which 75% have more than one chronic disease,and the number of patients is close to 190 million.The main body of service supply for the disabled elderly is single,the participation of social forces is generally low,and the burden of the government and families is heavy.The problem of elderly care services for the disabled has become increasingly prominent.After years of development and perfection,the nursing system and social security system of the deactivated elderly in developed countries abroad have been more perfect,and the emphasis is on the integration of old-age service resources,the maximum efficiency for the elderly groups with the most effective,high-quality life care,medical care,psychological guidance services.Because China’s old-age service system is not perfect,community old-age care,home-based old-age service started late,at present,some areas are also carrying out the exploration and practice of the elderly services for the elderly with deactivation.However,due to the differences in economic and cultural levels between different regions,the level of service delivery is uneven,resulting in different subjects in the process of service for the elderly with poor function is not clear.In view of this,this paper is based on the services of the deactive elderly,on the basis of combing the relevant literature on the services of the elderly with deactivation at home and abroad,medical social work,the specific steps of the study are determined,combined with the current supply of services for the elderly with reduced energy in Chongqing,the current needs of the elderly with deactivation,a brief discussion of the factors affecting the health of the elderly with deactivation,highlighting the needs of the elderly with inactivity and the existing problems in the current process of providing services,to determine the key aspects of intervention in medical social work,through interviews and questionnaires,To explore the current difficulties of the service of the elderly with reduced mobility,to analyze the feasibility of medical social work to intervene in the service of the elderly with reduced energy,to explore the existing problems in the process of service for the elderly with the current inactivity,and to explore the effectiveness of the service of the elderly involved in medical social work,and to put forward countermeasures for different organizations,hoping to have some reference for future research.
