Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction Combined With Intervertebral Foramen Endoscopy In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with intervertebral foramen endoscopy in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,to observe the improvement of low back pain and lumbar function after operation,and to evaluate its clinical effect.At the same time,it also provides a basis for the treatment of intervertebral foramen surgery in the future,and gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone injuries.Method: From June 2019 to September 2020,128 LDH patients were separated into two experiment series,Huoxue Tongmai Decoction was used for treatment.Both groups were guided to bed and to guide functional exercises after the operation.Follow up for 3 months.VAS 、JOA、 ODI score were contrast to find first-glass pattern in the separate time,inclouded in 3 days,one week、four weeks,and three mounth.Use Mac Nab criteria to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of patients 1 month after operation.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in VAS score,JOA score and ODI score between the two groups before operation.On the3 rd day after operation,there were significant differences in VAS score,JOA score and ODI score between the two groups.2.There was no significant difference in the scores on the 3rd day after operation between the two groups.The VAS score of the test group decreased significantly than that of the control group at 1 week,4 weeks and 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The),JOA score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ODI scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.The excellent and good rates of the experimental group and the control group were 82.81% and 62.5%respectively 1 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: After the summarizing the detabass,and conduct the study of the structure of the two laboratory groups,after surgery treatment,the lumbar disc herniation with prescription oral can effectively improve the lumbar function,while Huoxue Tongmai decoction can promote the recovery of lumbar function after treatment.And herbal compound also the have great usefulness in functional restoration,and could gave full paly to pain degree,made to reduce the discomfort.so Huoxue Tongmai decoction is an effective treatment method for lumbar function recovery after intervertebral foramen endoscopy,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
