The hospital laboratory information management system is an important part of the medical information construction.In the hospital laboratory,the inspection samples are the core,and the samples are analyzed through various testing instruments and the data information is managed.With the development of science and technology,laboratory information systems are also developing in the direction of standardization,integration and information networking.Traditional laboratory information management systems need to develop directional interface programs when docking different testing instruments,which is not conducive to the upgrade and maintenance of the system.This article will build the physical model of the testing instrument based on the low-code modeling platform of the Internet of Things,develop the client for the interface communication of the testing instrument and the LIS background service for the information management of the testing department,and organize the data through the HL7 medical information transmission standard protocol.Encapsulation,through the MQTT protocol for data communication interaction,realizes the separation of the interface development of the testing instrument from the laboratory information business function,and ensures the stable operation of the communication and business functions of the system.The paper compares the development history and research status of laboratory information management systems at home and abroad,and finds that the Internet of Things technology is the prospect of system development.Therefore,this system divides the functional modules of the system on the basis of a full investigation of the business process of the hospital laboratory.,Including sample information management,sample testing result management,quality control statistical analysis.The system adopts B/S technology architecture in the development mode,and adopts Spring Boot+Ant Design Pro+Mybatis+Mysql technology to realize the service-side business process of the inspection department,improve the flexibility of the inspection department system operation,and has a good development.prospect.The use of this system promotes the development of hospital laboratory information processing and testing instrument communication interfaces.The use of physical models simplifies the process of testing instrument docking,and has greater practical value.
