| Objective: The clinical characteristics of patients with type 2 diabetes combined digestive malignant tumors in Hainan were observed,and the understanding of disease prevention and treatment was raised.Methods: The clinical case data of 229 cases of type 2 diabetes combined digestive malignant tumors during hospitalization from January 2012 to June 2019 and 100 cases of simple type 2 diabetes were collected as case groups and control groups,respectively,in the first affiliated hospital of Hainan Medical College and the second affiliated hospital of Hainan Medical College.The distribution of the general clinical data,blood routine and biochemical indexes of the two groups,the use of sugar-lowering drugs of type 2 diabetes combined digestive system malignant tumors,the distribution of type 2 diabetes combined digestive system malignant tumors of organs in Hainan Province were analyzed.Using SPSS 18.0 software,Multi-factor Logistic regression is used to analyze the risk factors of type 2 diabetes combined digestive system malignant tumors.Results:1.The incidence of digestive system malignant tumors in patients with type 2diabetes in Hainan was 7.9%(229/2898),the top three malignant tumors in the digestive system was colorectal cancer 36.2%(83/229),liver cancer 32.8%(75/229),The incidence of stomach cancer was 14.8%(34/229),the incidence of cancer in men was 84.28%(193/229),and the incidence of cancer in women was 15.72%(36/229),with a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Among male the top three malignant tumors were liver cancer 38.4%(71/229),colorectal cancer 33.5%(63/229),stomach cancer 13.3%(25/229),the incidence of age was 55-75 years old.2.There were no statistically significant differences between two groups with Age,BMI,Diabetes,Diastolic pressure,Family history of diabetes,FPG,Hb A1 c,WBC,PLT,NE,HGB,RBC,TG,LDL(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between two groups with Systolic blood pressure,Hypertension history,Smoking,Alcohol consumption,combined cardiovascular disease,FCP,TC,HDL and LYM(P>0.05).3.In addition to other sugar-lowering and non-drug programs patients,other five sugar-lowering programs of two groups patients,patients with type 2 diabetes combined digestive system malignant tumors in Hainan,Percentage of single insulin or insulin analogues and metformin sugar-lowering program was 13.5%,13.1%,respectively,the use of two sugar-lowering programs has no statistically significant(P>0.05).patients with type 2 diabetes combined digestive system malignant tumors in Hainan,the risk of cancer was relatively low in patients with better drug compliance of 43.2%,and the risk of cancer in patients with poor drug compliance was relatively high of 56.8%,and the overall prevalence of drug compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes was better than that of patients with type 2 diabetes combined digestive system malignant tumors(P<0.05).4.Multi-factor logistic analysis of type 2 diabetes combined malignant tumors risk factors in Hainan showed that there was a significant positive correlation between diabetes course,drug compliance,WBC and type 2 diabetes combined digestive malignant tumors,and was an independent risk factor for type 2 diabetes combined digestive malignant tumors(OR values were 14.155,11.397,12.827,both P>0.05).Conclusion: The prevalence of type 2 diabetes combined with malignancy of digestive system in Hainan was 7.9%,are mainly male,mostly between 55 and 75 years old,Incidence of malignant tumors in men are liver cancer,colorectal cancer,stomach cancer,and the compliance of sugar-lowering drugs is poor,with a relatively high proportion of metformin,insulin and insulin-like sugar-lowering programs.diabetes course,drug compliance and WBC is an independent risk factor for patients with type 2 diabetes combined digestive system malignant tumors in Hainan. |
