[Objective] To construct the service quality evaluation connotation,model and indicator system of the intelligent pre-diagnosis system based on user experience to carry out a questionnaire survey.To evaluate the medical quality of the intelligent pre-diagnosis system from the user’s perspective and identify the influencing factors of the service quality of the pre-diagnosis system,which continuous improvement and provide ideas for the evaluation of the service quality of the pre-diagnosis system and the quality of mobile medical services.[Method] First,sortting out the user experience theory,technology acceptance theory and service quality theory,and use the literature analysis method to form the connotation,model and index evaluation system of the service quality evaluation of the intelligent pre-diagnosis system based on user experience.Secondly,the depth interview method is used to obtain the content of the questionnaire project pool;according to the expert’s revision opinions,users are invited to fill out the initial questionnaire by email and collect the revision opinions and expert evaluation to form a pre-survey questionnaire.Finally,two rounds of questionnaire surveys were carried out through the questionnaire star platform.A total of 500 questionnaires were issued,482 were successfully recovered and a total of 215 valid questionnaires were obtained after removing invalid questionnaires;using SPSS software,reliability and validity tests,descriptive analysis and weighted average and other statistical methods for service quality evaluation and analysis.[Results](1)Establish the connotation of the service quality evaluation of the pre-diagnosis system from the perspective of user experience and the theoretical model based on the three levels of ease of use,accuracy and usefulness.(2)Through depth interviews,collecting expert opinions,users filling in initial questionnaires,expert evaluation and principal component analysis,establish an index system composed of 3first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators.(3)The overall reliability of α is 0.925,the system quality reliability is 0.846,the content quality reliability is 0.796,the value reflection reliability is 0.885 and the questionnaire design is reliable.According to expert evaluation,the content validity is high;P value of Bartlett spheric test is less than 0.05,KMO is 0.901,the variance of common factor is greater than 0.5,the absolute value of factor load coefficient is greater than 0.4,the three dimensions of factor analysis extraction dimension and index system are basically accordance,the cumulative variance interpretation rate after rotation is 67.324% with good structural validity;AVE values are greater than 0.5 and CR values are greater than 0.7 with good aggregation validity;the minimum AVE square root value is 0.729 greater than the correlation coefficient between factors.The maximum value is 0.724,which has good discrimination validity.(4)The comprehensive weighted average of the first-level indicators is 3.692,the system quality is3.552,and the content quality is 3.41.The comprehensive weighted average of the second-level indicators is 3.808 points for privacy rights,3.76 points for disease knowledge,3.752 points for response and 3.752 points for medical guidance.Pre-diagnosis time is 3.68 points,language expression is 3.656 points,UI design is 3.608 points,additional services is3.576 points,customer service feedback is 3.504 points,operation process is 3.456 points,comprehensiveness is 3.448 points,accuracy is 3.44 points,popular is 3.432 points,symptom list is 3.376 Minute.[Conclusion] The user believes that the pre-diagnosis result is not as accurate as the doctor’s diagnosis and the result is usually inconsistent with the user’s expectations,which may be at risk;but the intelligent pre-diagnosis system is convenient for the user and can provide consultation guidance and medical science knowledge and can protect the user’s privacy rights.The user is willing to understand its function and conduct medical aided diagnosis.The system developer should focus on the user,improve the accuracy of the pre-diagnosis,design a diagnostic solution suits the user’s habits,improve system performance and competitive advantage,provide high-quality medical and health services.
