| [Purpose] Based on the theory and connotation of shared decision making, and combined with the characteristics of Internet medical treatment, the participation questionnaire of shared decision making of chronic patients was established by referring to relevant foreign scales.By empirical research, the participation degree of chronic disease patients in the medical shared decision-making process under the Internet medical environment was investigated and analyzed.According to the research results, factors affecting the participation degree of chronic disease patients in the shared decision-making process in the Internet medical environment were explored.[Methods] On the basis of literature study,a questionnaire on participation degree in the shared decision-making process was constructed by referring to the relevant maturity scale.First,a preliminary survey was conducted using an initial scale.A total of 47 patients with chronic diseases were surveyed. The results were tested for reliability and validity.According to the results, the initial scale was modified to form the final questionnaire.A final questionnaire was then used to investigate 264 patients with chronic disease who used the Internet for medical treatment. Then, according to the investigation results, the participation of chronic disease patients in shared decision-making under the Internet medical background and the factors affecting the participation degree of chronic disease patients in shared decision-making under the Internet medical environment were explored.SPSS20.0 was used for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the questionnaire data.[Results](1)Cronbach’s results of the questionnaire >0.8,KMO value >0.8,and p <0.01,indicating that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity.(2)In the context of Internet medical treatment, the average score of participation degree in the shared decision-making process of patients with chronic diseases is 34.928,the average score of instrumental communication was 12.235,the average score of social affective communication was 11.410,the average score of perceived ease of use was 13.573,the average score of interactive function was 12.681,the average score of personalized service was 13.701 and the average score of perceived privacy risk was 6.924.(3)patients with different gender, age, educational background, marriage, occupation and family monthly average income showed significant differences in the standard score of participation degree in the shared decision-making(p<0.05).(4)The results of regression analysis showed that p<0.05 was found for instrumental communication, social emotional communication, perceived ease of use, interactive function, personalized service, perceived privacy risk, gender, age, and educational background [Conclusions](1)Tthe questionnaire conforms to the definition and connotation of shared decision-making,and has a good reliability and validity, which can reflect the degree of participation of chronic disease patients in shared decision-making process under the Internet medical background;(2)In the context of Internet medicine, gender, age and educational background have an impact on the participation degree of the shared decision-making process.Women have a higher degree of participation than men, younger patients have a higher degree of participation than older patients, and patients with higher educational level have a higher degree of participation than patients with lower educational level.(3)Instrumental communication, social emotional communication, perceived ease of use, interactive function, personalized service, perceived privacy risk, gender, age, and educational background will have a positive impact on the degree of participation in the shared decision-making process, while perceived privacy risks will have a negative impact on the degree of participation in the shared decision process. |
