| [Objective]:with China entering into a deep aging society,the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services is increasingly prominent.Intelligent medical information construction has become an important layout to deal with the aging problem in China.The purpose of this study is to design an integrated intelligent medical and care service platform.,analysis the needs of the elderly,provide residents with comprehensive care services.Break through the information barrier of the elderly,doctors,business services and supervision departments,and form an integrated online and offline pension service system.Specifically,this study will do some basic research and Analysis on the roles,overall architecture,functions and processes of all parties involved in the platform.[Methods]:by consulting a large number of relevant network materials,including Chinese and English references,analysis the research progress,current situation and background of the current domestic and foreign smart pension model,the construction of smart pension information system,and the integrated platform management of medical maintenance were studied.Sort out various service modes.Interview was used to investigate the current business situation of smart elderly care.Interview all parties involved in the integrated service platform of medical maintenance.Through interviews with the elderly,communities and service providers,clarify the existing operation problems of various businesses,understand the needs and opinions of different personnel,and prepare for the design of functions and processes.[results]:Analyze the relevant concepts and the construction of domestic and foreign smart elderly care platform,and summarize their development path and characteristics.It is concluded that the platform construction of Western Europe and other developed countries has been relatively mature,and various security systems are relatively complete.However,the development of smart pension in China is still relatively late.With the increase of policy support,the pilot platform construction has been carried out in many places,but there are still many problems in the process.the study built the overall framework of the platform,which is composed of six subsystems:elderly self-service,platform operation,health service,elderly care housekeeper,government supervision and business service.The analysis and design of success function module,business process and data process are completed according to different user roles.At the same time,the social utility of intelligent medical and care platform is prospected,the problems and challenges in the process of platform construction are analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward.[Conclusion]:through the analysis and design of the integrated platform of intelligent medical and care system,the multiple service forces are integrated to provide guidance for the innovation of intelligent pension mode.The construction of the platform helps to reduce the burden of family pension,introduce medical resources into pension services,improve medical and pension services,and attract various markets to participate in the Pension market.It promotes the reasonable and effective allocation of medical care and pension service resources,maximizes the service value,and meets the multi-faceted pension needs of the elderly.At the same time,it introduces the government’s supervision,restricts the service institutions and individuals,and maintains the rights and interests of the elderly and the quality requirements of services. |
