| Among the twelve types of pneumoconiosis listed on the list of legal occupational diseases in China, coal workers’ pneumoconiosis(CWP)accounts for about half of the total incidence, which has become one of the highest and most serious diseases among coal mine workers.Through lung health examination combined with epidemiological research, investigate the status of lung function injury in a coal mine worker, explore related factors of lung function injury, and provide scientific reference for employers and regulatory agencies to formulate comprehensive prevention strategies and measures for coal workers’ pneumoconiosis.,Has important practical significance. In this study,dust-exposed workers in a coal mine over the age of 40 were selected as the research object, and the lung function and X-ray chest radiograph results of this group were collected and statistically investigated.A non-parametric test, linear regression, logistic regression and other analysis methods were used to analyze the influencing factors of lung function and X-ray chest radiograph results. The statistical results of lung function and X-ray chest radiograph showed that the abnormal rates of lung function index FVC(3.47 ± 0.46)(L),FEV1(3.05 ± 0.44)(L),FEV1%(87.95 ± 7.64)(%)were respectively They were 76.3%,11.4%,and 0.4%;the lungs had no obvious abnormalities, the texture of both lungs increased, and the occurrence of small shadows was 18.1%,44.8%,and 37.1%.The univariate analysis showed that: increasing age, increasing working age, coronary heart disease, and smoking(P <0.05)were significant influencing factors of lung function;increasing working age and passive smoking(P <0.05)were significant effects on X-ray chest radiograph results factor.Multivariate regression analysis showed that age(elderly group),working age,and coronary heart disease [B=-2.446,-3.867,-9.734] were risk factors for lung function test results, and diabetes and smoking cessation(now)[B = 6.278,(2.257,2.742)] are protective factors for lung function test results;OR = 2.43 in the passive smoking group is a risk factor for X-ray chest radiograph results. Therefore, the significant factors affecting the lung injury status of coal miners include age, length of service, smoking, passive smoking, illness(coronary heart disease, diabetes),etc.Quitting smoking, reducing second-hand smoke exposure, and taking medication on time can effectively improve lung health level. |
