The Clinical Characteristics Of Myasthenia Gravis Patients With AChR Antibody And Titin Antibody Double Positive

Objective:to investigate the clinical characteristics of myasthenia gravis patients with ACh R antibody and Titin antibody double positive.Method:collectting complete medical records of patients with myasthenia gravis disease-causing antibody detection,according to the pathogenic antibodies AChR,Titin antibody detection conditions divided the patients into ACh R antibody positive groups,ACh R antibodies,Titin antibody positive group and negative group.And these patients’ s sex,the age of oneset,clinical manifestations,onset type,modified Osserman classification,laboratory examination,thymus,electrophysiological examination,OMG to GMG,the proportion of crisis happen,thymus gland surgery,MGSTI after scoring,drug use,drug efficacy,etc were analyzed.Result:There were 39 cases in the AChR antibody positive group,11 cases in the double antibody positive group and 9 cases in the antibody negative group.Compared with AChR antibody positive MG patients,the onset age of patients with double antibody positive was older(P=0.011).However,the age of onset of MG patients in the antibody negative group was not different from those patients in the ACh R antibody positive MG group and the double antibody positive MG group.In addition,compared with ACh R antibody positive MG patients,the proportion of thymoma in the ACh R antibody and Titin antibody double positive group was higher(P=0.038).In the ACh R antibody(+)MG group,there were 20 cases of this group has completed and repeated electrical stimulation,and 16 cases of which were positive.There were 6 patients in the positive double antibody group who were positive in electrophysiological examination.In the antibody negative group,RNS test was perfected in 8patients,among which 4 were positive and 4 were negative,and 1 patient did not receive electrophysiological test.Due to the small sample size and low electrophysiological improvement rate,statistical analysis could not be performed.There were no significant statistical differences among the three groups in sex,course of disease,affected muscle group,thyroid function involved,diagnosis of hyperthyroidism,onset type,improved Osserman type,thymectomy,conversion rate from ocular muscle type to generalized type(including 25 cases of ocular myasthenia gravis and 34 cases of generalized myasthenia gravis),proportion of crisis,Mgsti Score,drug use and curative effect of Drug Treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with AChR antibody positive MG patients,the age of onset of ACh R antibody and Titin double antibody positive MG patients was older,and the proportion of thymoma was higher.
