Correlation Between Serum Antibody Of Myasthenia Gravis And TCM Syndrome Types

Objective: to explore the correlation between serum antibody and TCM syndromes in patients with myasthenia gravis(MG)by statistical investigation of serum antibodies and TCM syndromes in patients with MG,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of MG with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 173 patients with myasthenia gravis diagnosed in the Department of Neurology,affiliated XX from May 2017 to February 2019 were collected.The general situation of the patients,the four diagnostic data of traditional Chinese medicine and the data of serum antibodies were collected.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: A total of 173 patients with myasthenia gravis were enrolled in this study,including 57 males and 116 females,with a sex ratio of 1 ≤ 1.93.there were 28 patients under 17 years of age,87 patients between 18 and 44 years of age,and 38 patients between 45 and 59 years of age.There were 20 patients over 60 years old.Young people are the most.The positive rates of AChR-Ab and musk were 75.72% and 10.30% respectively.The positive rate of Titin antibody was 46.39%.The positive rates of RyR antibody,SH ≤ AB antibody,Sox1 antibody and electromyography were 50.51%,31.96%,6.6% and 87.9%,respectively.the positive rates of Sox1 antibody,Sox1 antibody and Sox1 antibody were 50.51%,31.96%,6.6% and 87.9% respectively.There were 99 cases of type I,43 cases of type IIA,30 cases of type IIB,0 cases of type III,1 case of type IV and 0 cases of type V.There were 12 cases(6.9%)with spleen and stomach deficiency,82 cases(47.4%)with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,49 cases(28.3%)with liver and kidney yin deficiency,21 cases(12.1%)with deficiency of both qi and blood,and 9 cases(5.2%)with dampness evil trapped spleen.There was no correlation between sex,age and TCM syndrome type(P > 0 05).Sex had no effect on electromyography(EMG)and the positive rate of each antibody(P > 0 05).Age was correlated with the positive rate of AChR-Ab(P < 0 05).The positive rate of EMG was higher in elderly patients.The positive rate of titin antibody and RyR antibody was correlated with age(P < 0.05),and the positive rate was higher in the elderly patients.The positive rate of AChR-Ab was correlated with the distribution of TCM syndromes(P < 0 05),and the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang was the most common syndrome(P < 0 05).There was no correlation between the positive expression of MUSK-Ab,Titin-Ab,RyR-Ab,SH-AB and the type of syndrome(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The positive rates of AChR-Ab,MUSK-Ab,Titin-Ab,RyR-Ab and SH-AB were 75.72%,46.39%,50.51%,31.96% and 6.6%,respectively.the positive rate of EMG was 87.9%.2.Spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was the most common syndrome type in MG patients.sex and age did not affect the distribution of syndrome type.3.There was a correlation between AChR-Ab positive and TCM syndrome type,especially spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,but MUSK-Ab,Titin-Ab,RyR-Ab,SH-AB positive had no correlation with syndrome type.
