Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Huo Xue Zhi Tong Powder Sanitary Washing On The Postoperative Pain Management In Mixed Hemorrhids

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the use of Huo Xue Zhi Tong Powder Sanitary Washing on the postoperative pain in patients after mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the time of admission.They were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of routine postoperative treatment,starting from the second day after surgery,the patients in the treatment group and the control group were given Huo Xue Zhi Tong Powder Decoction and the Compound Nepeta Fumigant Decoction in the bath to wash the wound until the wound healed completely.According to the symptom score criteria,anal pain,bloody stool,wound edema,and wound exudate were scored on the first,third,sixth and ninth days after bathing and before bathing.Follow-up was performed to record the time for complete wound healing,use statistical analysis software to analyze the results.Results: The VAS pain scores before and after bathing in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain scores of the two groups after treatment were better in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the third day after treatment,the stool blood scores in the control group was superior to that in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05),in wound edema scores,wound ooze scores,the stool blood scores on the 1st,6th and 9th days,and the time for for complete wound healing after treatment.Conclusion: Huo Xue Zhi Tong Powder sitting bath can significantly reduce the pain after mixed hemorrhoids patients,the effect is better than the compound Nepeta Fumigants.
