Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive treatment with a needle instead of a knife in patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods:79 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,41 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group. In the routine preoperative examination, after excluding the contraindications, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and knife for minimally invasive treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids. The control group was treated with conventional thrombus dissection. After surgery,Regularly use Fufang Jingjie Steaming-washing Agent as a medicine bath, and after the bath, the compound Jiuhua cream is used for wound dressing until the wound is completely healed. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain, urinary patency and postoperative wound edema statistics were recorded in the two groups. The complete healing time of the wound was recorded, and the costs incurred during the treatment were compared.Statistical analysis was used. The software analyzes the results. Results:In the two groups of patients, the time of surgery, the amount of intraoperative blood loss, the peak degree of pain at the beginning of the day after surgery, the overall duration of pain on the day after surgery, the edema of the wound on the first day after surgery, the time of complete wound healing, the treatment group The control group had a significant advantage(P<0.05).The cost of the two groups was significantly different, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The time of initial pain on the day after surgery and the peak time of pain at the beginning of the day after surgery were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the day after surgery, patency was patency, and edema was found on the 2nd,3rd,and 4th postoperative day. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Needle instead of knife minimally invasive treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids is effective, postoperative patients with less pain, less complications, faster healing, less cost, easy to use, easy to operate, high safety, worthy of clinical application.
