Objective:Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to summarize the risk factors of wound healing quality after external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids,to guide the postoperative rehabilitation of patients. Methods:according to the contents of this study, the questionnaire of basic data of patients with mixed hemorrhoids was designed and compiled. The patients’admission and postoperative conditions were recorded, followed by relevant postoperative observation and scoring. The wound healing quality was evaluated by observing the wound pain, wound secretion and wound edema at 7 days after operation. The data were summarized and the risk factors of wound healing quality after external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids were summarized by using correlation regression analysis.Result:Data of 164 patients were collected in this study. After data summarization, the data were analyzed by single factor using statistical software. The results showed that the wound healing was statistically significant in BMI(body mass index),constipation history or postoperative constipation history, postoperative urinary retention, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of hemorrhoids, and hip groove type 7 days after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids(P<0.01).The significant factors of the above univariate analysis were included in the multivariate logistic regression analysis.Logistic regression analysis with BMI,constipation history or postoperative constipation history, postoperative urinary retention, hemorrhoid syndrome type and hip groove depth as independent variables showed that the regression coefficient of constipation history or postoperative constipation history, postoperative urinary retention and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of hemorrhoids was significant, and the regression equation was obtained as follows(A predicted value of less than 0.5 indicates a good result, and a value greater than 0.5indicates a poor result.):Logit(evaluation)=1.284X5+1.059X14+1.279X15-3.794Conclusion:Constipation history or postoperative constipation history, postoperative urinary retention and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of hemorrhoids(syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi depression)are independent risk factors for wound healing after external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.Namely,if the patient has constipation history before operation or postoperative constipation history or postoperative urinary retention or traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of hemorrhoids,it is spleen deficiency and qi depression.Accounting for one or more of them will affect the quality of postoperative wound healing. To explore this point, patients with mixed hemorrhoids will be evaluated the constipation history before external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids;Proactively preventing postoperative constipation and urinary retention, taking corresponding adjuvant treatment to improve the relevant situation, and adjusting different traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of hemorrhoids with traditional Chinese medicine method and targeted nursing, are of positive significance to the postoperative recovery of patients and provide a guide for clinical work.
