With the continuous development of the Internet of things,cloud computing and other information technology,TCM(traditional Chinese Medicine)combined with cloud computing has become a research hotspot,it was clearly required to establish the national wisdom cloud service platform of TCM in the construction of medical information "13th Five-Year" plan.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the work of the filling in the first page of inpatient medical records.In order to grasp the construction situation of the national key specialty of TCM and improve the management level,The State Administration of TCM has carried out the work of collection,collation and analysis of the first page of medical record,which can promote the standardization of TCM clinical work and improve the medical service level of TCM.As the core of medical record,the home page of inpatient medical record of TCM is an important basis for the hospital to carry out the medical record registration,disease classification,examination and statistics.It is also an important material for the health management and hospital to strengthen the quality and safety management of Chinese medicine.Based on the existing data collection and analysis method of mining.This paper is mainly devoted to the study of planning and construction of Chinese medicine health information cloud computing platform(hereinafter referred to as the "Chinese medicine health cloud platform"),collection method research of the medical record,high performance development of collection and analysis system of home page of inpatient medical record of TCM,research on the analysis and mining method of medical record etc..The main innovative work of this paper is as following:1.This paper began with the "13th Five-Year" planning demand of TCM as the foundation,established construction goal of Health Cloud Platform of TCM,designed the overall architecture and the specific technical route,and built a health cloud of TCM based on the open source cloud computing platform.2.In this paper,the factors was discussed that affected the quality of filling in the home page of the medical record of TCM by means of Fishbone diagram analysis,and some suggestions for improvement were put forward.In addition,according to the construction requirements of national key specialty of TCM and specific implementation measures drafted by the State Administration of TCM,the collection specification about the home page of medical record was formulated,normalized the collection methods,procedure,and filling in the information of the true or false of medical record.3.On the basis of the collection standard,according to the business needs of the medical record collection system,the system for the collection and analysis of Chinese medical records was designed and developed based on Health Cloud Platform of TCM.4.Study on the method of analyzing the data of home page of inpatient medical record of TCM,using association rules in data mining and statistical analysis methods,potential useful information and knowledge were extracted according to the statistics and association rules analysis of the top ten entities of medical records reported by each medical unit.
