Purpose:To study the the treatment and factors of therapeutic efficacy for the patients with hepatic veno-occlusive diseases caused by pyrrolizidine alkaloids(PAs-HVOD).Methods:The data about case histories and follow-up examination, including 29 kinds of general case, laboratory examination, imaging tests, therapies(a group with liver protection and supportive treatment and an other group with anticoagulation therapy-TIPS ladder-like therapy)and prognosis, were collected from 87 patients with hepatic veno-occlusive diseases from January 2008 to January 2016 in the Gulou hospital. The data was analysed by single factor and multiple factors regression analysis method, the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with PAs-HVOD were retrospectively analyzed and review analysis factors of prognosis for patients with PAs-HVOD.Results:18 of 87 patients dead after treatment. The mortality rate is 21%.Dividping all the patients into two group by the prognosis, the effective group and ineffective group(including the death and patients with ineffective treatment),and comparing the case histories and follow-up examination of two groups.Whether the treatment is effective or not effective was concerned with age,ALP,y-GT,FIB,TIPS and anticoagulation therapy(P<0.05).And the result of the Binary Logistic Regression Analysis indicated that anticoagulation therapy-TIPS ladder-like therapy was an independent factor of prognosis.Comparing the survival rate of different groups by drawing survival curve. The patients with anticoagulation therapy-TIPS ladder-like therapy showed higher survival rate than others(P<0.05).Conclusion:This research showed that age,ALP,FIB and γ-GT were the factors of therapeutic efficacy while the anticoagulation therapy-TIPS ladder-like therapy that could improve the improve the prognosis and survival rate was an independent factor.
