The Clinical Analysis Of Veno-occlusive Disease(VOD) And Updates: Inducement, Diagnosis Therapy

Objective:By analyzing clinical manifestation characteristics of veno-occlusive disease(VOD),We provide evidencse for diagnosis and therapy of VOD.Methods:We analyzed the inducement, clinical manifestation diagnosis and therapy of the 26 patients with VOD.Conclusion:(1)Improper use of Herbal medicine like Gynara Rhizome will induce VOD. (2)The patients with symptoms of abdominal distension, oliguria, painful hepatomegaly should be checked with Btype ultrasonography,enhanced CT to exclude VOD. (3) Treatment of VOD need to be developed according to the phases, the specific Treatment, and still needsfurther exploration.
