| The introduction to experiment to Heilongjiang province Shangzhi "Ben Lomond","Brodtorp" and "Dan feng" three Ribes nigrum L.varieties as study material,under different soil conditions on the introduction to the Tianjin area of Ribes nigrum L.phenology,biomass,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality,fruit amino acid content and salt resistance of plants was studied,on the growth adaptability evaluation,in order to make Ribes nigrum L.can planting on the test base in Tianjin is reasonable to provide basic theory basis.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The phenological period of Ribes nigrum L.in different test bases in Tianjin is different.The earliest phenological period of Ribes nigrum L.planted in Xiqing 2experimental base was on March 18,followed by the late germination of Ribes nigrum L.in Xiqing 1 experimental base,Jizhou district and Jinghai district.The Ribes nigrum L.in Xiqing2 experimental base had the longest growth cycle,and its leaves began to fall on October30.The growing period of Ribes nigrum L.in Jizhou district experimental base is as short as October 21.2.The growth index of Ribes nigrum L.in different test bases in Tianjin is also slightly different.The vegetative growth and reproductive growth of Ribes nigrum L.in Jizhou area were better,followed by that in Xiqing 1 area.The quality of black gooseberry fruit in Jizhou district was better,the average diameter of the fruit was 11.33 mm × 11.92 mm,and the individual plant could reach 72.53g/plant.3.The variation trend of photosynthetic characteristics of Ribes nigrum L.leaves in different test bases was basically the same,but the leaves of "Ben Lomond","Brodtorp" and "Dan feng" varieties were slightly different.The net photosynthetic rate of Ribes nigrum L.leaves planted in Xiqing 1,Xiqing 2 and Jinghai experimental base was the highest,and the net photosynthetic rate of "Ben Lomond" leaves was the highest.The net photosynthetic rate of Ribes nigrum L.and "Brodtorp" leaves planted in thistlestate was higher.4.Under NaCl salt stress,Ribes nigrum L.like other plants,resisted the damage by increasing the soluble protein osmotic regulatory substances in leaf cells to increase the concentration of cytoplasm,etc.,so as to improve the photosynthesis of the plant itself and SOD activity.When the NaCl concentration was 200mmol/L,the leaves of three varieties of Ribes nigrum L.dropped one after another.5.The anthocyanin content in black currant fruit is more abundant,compared with that in the introduced place,the anthocyanin content is decreased.There was no significant difference in anthocyanin content between 3 varieties of black pearl,Broad and Danfeng vinegar,which were 15.60mg/g,16.50mg/g and 15.04mg/g,respectively.There was no significant difference in the content of proanthocyanidin in the fruits of the three varieties,which were 4.04mg/g,3.92mg/g and 4.52mg/g.6.The contents of 19 amino acids in fruits were determined by automatic amino acid analyzer.The amino acids in the fruits of the three Ribes nigrum L.varieties were relatively complete,except that the fruits of the "Ben Lomond" and "Dan feng" did not contain ornithine,the other varieties all contained 19 amino acids determined in this study.It includes7 essential amino acids,10 non-essential amino acids and 9 medicinal amino acids.The total amount of amino acids in the fruits of the three Ribes nigrum L.varieties was534.32-734.80mg/100 g,among which the lowest content was "Dan feng" and the highest was "Brodtorp".The amino acid content of "Brodtorp" fruit was the highest.The contents of essential amino acids and medicinal amino acids of different Ribes nigrum L.varieties were different.Compared with the other two varieties,the fruit of "Brodtorp" has higher nutritional value and health care effect. |
