| Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)is one of the plants with important medicinal value in the Chinese herbal medicine market.In recent years,the demand of Saposhnikovia divaricata market is increasing.Farmers in different areas of Tianjin have planted Saposhnikovia divaricatas to obtain good economic benefits.However,it has not been studied whether the soil in Tianjin is suitable for Saposhnikovia divaricata and whether the quality of Saposhnikovia divaricata meets the standard of medicine.Therefore,the introduction,cultivation and in-depth systematic study of Saposhnikovia divaricata in Tianjin area can fill in and enrich the planting data and provide scientific and reliable guidance and theoretical support for the local farmers.In this experiment,the introduction and cultivation of Saposhnikovia divaricata were carried out under different soil conditions in four areas of Tianjin(east campus,west campus,Jizhou district and Wuqing district).This paper focuses on the comparison of soil element content,root effective component content,phenology,growth,photosynthetic characteristics,leaf physiological indicators,and high yield of the introduced species.After nearly two years of cultivation experiments and related analysis,the main research results are summarized as follows:(1)The physical and chemical properties of the soil samples showed that there were differences in physical and chemical properties and basic nutrients in the four regions.Among them: according to the data of p H value and salt content,the soil salinization degree of the rhizosphere in the four experimental sites is from west campus,east campus,Wuqing and Jizhou.According to the data of water content,bulk density and total porosity,the soil of Wuqing and Jizhou experimental sites has good permeability,loose soil and good water holding capacity.The comprehensive analysis of the contents of N,P,K and organic matter in the four experimental sites shows that the comprehensive level of the four elements in Jizhou experimental site is higher than that in Wuqing experimental site,which is conducive to the growth of Saposhnikovia divaricata.(2)According to the analysis of climate conditions,the average annual temperature of the four experimental sites is not much different,among which Jizhou experimental site belongs to mountainous area,the annual sunshine hours and the temperature difference between day and night are large,the maximum temperature difference between day and night reaches 12℃,which is conducive to the accumulation of organic substances,and the overall climate conditions are the best.According to the analysis of photosynthetic correlation characteristics,such as Pn,E,Ci and C,the results showed that the highest Pn and the best overall performance were obtained in Wuqing experimental site,which was beneficial to the accumulation of Saposhnikovia divaricatas.(3)The results showed that the contents of the main effective components(cimicin and5-o-methylvisamicin)in the roots of Saposhnikovia divaricata,which were produced in the east campus,Jizhou and Wuqing experimental sites,all exceeded the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015).Among them,the content of the two components in Jizhou experimental site is 0.2732% and 0.2479%,the total content is 0.5211%,the content of the medicinal components is the highest,and the quality is the best.The total content of the experimental site in the West Campus did not meet the medical standard.(4)The study on the growth and root yield of Saposhnikovia divaricata showed that there were differences in some growth indexes and root growth indexes among the four experimental sites.The plant height,leaf length,leaf width and root yield of the experimental plots in west campus were significantly lower than those in other experimental plots.Wuqing experimental site is the best one for growth,but the water content of the roots is higher and the drying rate of the roots is lower.The highest dry yield was in Jizhou.The correlation analysis between the content of elements and the yield of the rhizosphere soil showed that the determination coefficient of N element was r = 0.704,which had the greatest influence on the dry yield of the wind.P.The determination coefficients of K and organic matter to the yield of Saposhnikovia divaricata are 0.356,0.597 and 0.659,respectively.It can be concluded that n plays an important role in promoting the root growth of Saposhnikovia divaricata,and proper application of N fertilizer can improve the yield of Saposhnikovia divaricata.(5)The correlation analysis between the effective components of roots and the content of soil elements showed that: N,P,K and organic matter in the soil all had an effect on the effective medicinal components of Saposhnikovia divaricata,of which P element had the greatest effect,with the determination coefficient R = 0.908,and the determination coefficient R of N,K and organic matter on the content of Saposhnikovia divaricata chromogenic ketone was 0.684,0.445 and 0.565,respectively.It can be concluded that proper application of phosphorus fertilizer can be effective Improve the quality of wind protection.This experiment aims to study the introduction and cultivation of Saposhnikovia divaricata and its adaptability in different areas of Tianjin,which is in line with the rapidly growing demand for Saposhnikovia divaricata medicinal materials.It aims to provide theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of Saposhnikovia divaricata in Tianjin and expand the origin of Saposhnikovia divaricata in Tianjin,so as to increase the production of Saposhnikovia divaricata in Tianjin and increase the income of Saposhnikovia divaricata planting. |
