Research The Changes Of Serum Indexes Of Compound Qinzhu Preparations On Beagles With Threatened Abortion And Its Antiabortifacient Effect

1.In order to develop a compound Chinese medicine preparation for the prevention and treatment of threatened miscarriage in dogs,this study used a traditional Chinese medicine antiabortifacient prescription-compound Qinshu preparation to test the threatened abortion model of dogs.Used ultrasound exploration technology to evaluate the dogs and combined with vaginal smears.Some pregnancy-related factors in serum were tested the application of AGL to establish a more appropriate dose for the threatened abortion model.The traditional Chinese medicine group was compared with the normal pregnancy group,the progesterone group,and the threatened abortion model group.The changes in the diameter of the gestational sac and the uterine arterial blood were monitored,record RI and PI values;record the final average number of live births.The antiabortifacient effects were assessed by these indexes and final survival puppy numbers of every bitch in each group.The main results are as follows:2.Pregnancy diagnosis was made in the early pregnancy of Beagles using ultrasonography,the RI and PI of the gestational sac diameter increase and the normal uterine artery blood flow of the Beagles in the early pregnancy were described.3.The dogs with confirmed pregnancy were randomly divided into groups.Each group was injected subcutaneously with 3mg/kg,5mg/kg,7mg/kg of different doses of AGL and the same amount of normal saline into the neck,and the diameter of the 5mg/kg of gestational sac was monitored by ultrasonography.Stop or increase slowly,the RI and PI of uterine artery blood flow have increased;a small amount of red blood cells and neutrophils appear in vaginal smears;the content of VEGF in canine serum has decreased,PRL has increased to a certain extent,IFN-?/IL-10 and IL-17/TGF-β increased,and it was concluded that 5mg/kg is a more appropriate dose for establishing a threatened abortion model.4.Compared with the threatened abortion model group,the growth rate of the gestational sac diameter in the Chinese medicine group was significantly increased;the uterine artery blood flow RI and PI values were significantly reduced;the VEGF content in the dog serum was significantly increased,IFN-?/IL-10,IL-17/TGF-β decreased significantly,and the indexes of the traditional Chinese medicine group were not significantly different from those of the normal pregnancy group,and were better than those of the progesterone group.Therefore,the compound Qinshu preparations can regulate the blood supply of the uterus and slow down the inflammation to prevent pregnancy.
