In our country’s tobacco cultivation,we produce a large amount of tobacco stems and low tobacco leaves,and the scale of our hog raising industry is huge,and it also produces a large amount of pig feces such as feces in every year.In order to protect the environment and recycle agricultural waste resources,it is urgent to solve the problem of waste resources utilization.This paper is mainly aimed at solving the problems of waste tobacco stalks,low-grade tobacco leaves,pig manure and so on.Firstly,an aerobic temperature-controlled composting device was designed,and compost experiments with different material ratio and different water content were carried out.Correlation analysis was carried out on the moisture content and index data at the same time,analysising the effects of process conditions on the compost,and by implementing composting aerobic composting reactor model was constructed for simulation and analysis,and verify the effectiveness of the proposed simulation model in the experiment.Secondly,chlorogenic acid was extracted from low-grade tobacco leaves,focusing on the simulation analysis of chlorogenic acid extraction process based on dynamic mathematical model.The main contents are as follows.1)A temperature controlled aerobic composting device was developed.The space capacity of steel drum is 40 liters,and the root control container can hold 20 liters of compost.The waterproof probe monitors the bottom temperature,middle temperature,p H value,moisture content and temperature and humidity in the drum.The intelligent control system is used to control the heating to ensure the environmental temperature required for compost fermentation.The two-way aerator can ventilate and provide oxygen for the compost in the root control vessel,and carry out aerobic fermentation.The HD video monitoring system ensures the acquisition of compost dat.2)Study on the optimization of composting conditions of waste tobacco straw and pig manure.In order to determine the best composting technology of tobacco and pig manure,a single factor experiment with water content of 51%,58% and 65% was set up.By adjusting the proportion of tobacco stem and pig manure,we explored the best technology.The proportion of tobacco stem and pig manure was 1.4:1,1:1.4 and 0:2.8 respectively.The compost fermentation with different water content and material ratio lasted for about 30 days.Before,after and in the middle of composting cycle,the content of nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen was detected.At the same time,according to the method of fuzzy evaluation,the maturity of compost was evaluated.3)Construction and parameter analysis of composting model of aerobic composting reactor of waste tobacco and pig manure.Based on the heat balance model and organic matter degradation model of compost,the MATLAB simulation model of compost temperature change was established.According to the moisture content of compost and free space,the degradation coefficient of organic matter and the degradation heat parameters of compost organic matter can be obtained.Through these two parameters,the temperature rise curve of compost under the specific moisture content and material ratio can be obtained.By comparing and variance analyzing the corresponding test temperature curves and simulation heating curves with single tail and paired t-test method.we could see the difference was not significant.Since there is no significant difference between the simulation curve and the experimental curve through significance comparison,the validity and accuracy of the simulation model are verified.Through the simulation model,we can predict the temperature rise of compost under various process conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for the guidance of composting process.4)The simulation model and parameter analysis of chlorogenic acid extraction from low-grade tobacco leaves.According to the dynamic mathematical model of natural medicine extraction,the MATLAB simulation model of chlorogenic acid extraction from low-grade tobacco was established.The content of chlorogenic acid in tobacco leaves was determined by HPLC,and the model parameters were determined.Through the comparative analysis of simulation data and experimental data,the accuracy of simulation results is verified.The variation of chlorogenic acid content in the process of extraction was given.It provides further reference for the study of chlorogenic acid extraction process.In this project,a temperature controlled aerobic composting device is designed and applied to composting experiment,which achieves the design goal.The composting model of waste tobacco and pig manure was constructed under the condition of aerobic composting reactor.After setting the corresponding model parameters according to the aerobic composting device and composting data,the simulation and control experiment analysis are carried out.The accuracy of the model is verified.From the angle of experiment,the index of compost was tested.The corresponding data are obtained.The compost has reached maturity.
