| The problem of early bolting has a serious impact on the yield and planting efficiency of Angelica sinensis.Based on the plant vernalization theory and the fact that greenhouse seedlings can significantly reduce the early bolting rate of Agelica,this paper designs and establishes multiple sets of high temperature environment storage of Angelica seedlings with different temperatures and different durations of light for overwintering,and measures related indicators after the second year of storage of the seedlings after transplanting.To study the effect of seedling storage conditions on early bolting of Angelica sinensis.In addition,the relationship between Angelica seedling diameter,seedling sugar content,nitrogen content and early bolting is affirmed by many related test results.This article uses the"3414"fertilizer test program to apply different ratios of fertilizers in different test plots to raise Angelica seedlings and ensure that Seedling age is 100 days(no more than 5 days before and after),by counting the proportion of ideal seedlings with a diameter between0.45-0.65 cm in the adult seedlings,and measuring the sugar and nitrogen content in the adult seedlings,it is finally determined that Angelica seedlings are more reasonable.The fertilization program improves the quality of seedlings and reduces the bolting rate after transplanting.Discovered through research:1.Storing Angelica seedlings overwintering under the conditions of different temperatures and different time and light combinations has a significant impact on the growth of the second year after transplantation.The emergence rate,bolting rate,and medicine rate are affected by the increase in storage temperature and light time.The length is reduced.The seedling emergence rate of Angelica seedlings after transplanting stored at20-25℃and 15-20℃is close to 0%;the seedling emergence rate at 10-15℃is less than38.56%,the bolting rate is less than 8.68%,the medicine rate is less than 35.21%,and the medicine content is It is not guaranteed to meet the pharmacopoeia standards,so the temperature range of 10-25℃is not suitable for storage of Angelica seedlings;the emergence rate of 6 h/day light at 5-10℃is as high as 94.27%,and the bolting rate is20.40%compared to traditional seedling storage methods.It is reduced by 8.24%,and the medicine rate is as high as 75.39%,which is 10.93%higher than that of traditional seedling storage methods.Therefore,the combination of temperature 5-10℃and light 6 h/day can be the best conditions for storage of Angelica sinensis seedlings in the greenhouse in winter.2.The amount of fertilization and the different ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the seedling raising of Angelica have obvious effects on the growth of seedlings and the quality of seedlings.Improve the quality of seedlings in many aspects.Optimized nitrogen application of 102.25-88.22 kg/hm~2,phosphorus 216.88-154.35 kg/hm~2,potassium 38.34-23.33 kg/hm~2is beneficial to reduce the bolting fertilization range of Angelica seedlings;combined nitrogen application 88.22 kg/hm~2,phosphorus 216.88kg/hm~2Potassium 38.34 kg/hm~2is the best recommended fertilization amount not only to improve the stress resistance of Angelica seedlings during the growth process,but also to improve the quality of seedlings and reduce the bolting rate. |
