Effects Of Plant Nutrient Solution And Plant Growth-Promoting Bacteria On Growth Of ’Shine Muscat’

In the study,’Shine Muscat’ grape was used as the materials,the effect of different concentrations and combinations of plant nutrient solution and plant growth-promoting bacteria on the fruit quality,photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings of ’Shine Muscat’grape were explored to select the optimal concentrations and combinations of plant nutrient solution and plant growth-promoting bacteria,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for using of plant nutrient solution and plant growth-promoting bacteria during the process of grape cultivation with high-quality,high-yield and efficiency.The main results are as follows:1.In the study,different concentrations and combinations of plant nutrient solution and plant growth-promoting bacteria were used,the results show that,after treatments,the vertical,horizontal diameter,single fruit weight and the contents of soluble solids of ’ Shine Musact’ berries increased,while no significant changes occurred on the fruit shape index,the contents of titratable acid decreased,therefore the ratio of solid/acid improved significantly,fruit quality improved in different degrees.Among the treatments,the optimal treatments were the combinations of 25 ml/L of plant nutrient solution and 1 g/L of plant growth-promoting bacteria.2.After the treatments of combination of plant nutrient solution and plant growthpromoting bacteria,results show that,a certain difference existed between the daily changes of leaf photosynthetic indicators for seedlings of’Shine Muscat’ grape,the overall trend was bimodal.Therefore,the leaf photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings can be improved.Plant nutrient solution can increase photosynthetic pigments in seedling leaves,differences occurred in photosynthesis indexes such as leaf transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),stomatal conductance(Gs)under different treatments,however,the photo synthetic performance of the leaves had been improved in various degrees.Overall,30 ml/L of plant nutrient solution combined with 0.6 g/L of plant growthpromoting bacteria were the best treatments.According to various indicators,the application of 25 ml/L of plant nutrient solution and 1 g/L of plant growth-promoting bacteria during the cultivation process can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of ’Shine Muscat’ grape.To improve the photosynthetic performance of seedlings of ’Shine Muscat’ grape,the combination of 30 ml/L of plant nutrient solution with 0.6 g/L plant growth-promoting bacteria were chosen as the best treatment.
