Enterprise Value Empowers Social Value

After poverty alleviation has been completed successfully,industrial poverty alleviation is still a very effective way to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and to connect with the Rural Revitalization.As a listed company,Zhongtian Financial Group Co.,Ltd enters the United Village,and helps the industry to help the poverty alleviation of Huangxi village by building local industrial system;as a company founded by local development of sericulture industry,Sangtian sericulture Co.,Ltd helps to alleviate poverty by deepening the industrial structure of silkworm.The two companies are different in industries,scale,identity and other aspects,but they all make poor villages get rich through the industrialized anti-poverty model.Therefore,it is necessary to study the social value path of the two companies in the poor village environment.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance through literature review,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of enterprise value,social value,social capital,social entrepreneurship and Organizational Resilience,which lays a good theoretical foundation for this paper.This paper takes Zhongtian Financial Group Co.,Ltd and Sangtian sericulture Co.,Ltd as the object to carry out the research,and divides the social entrepreneurship process of the two companies into the stage of development integration and value empowerment.The social value path of the enterprise value empowerment in each stage of the two enterprises is classified,found and finally formed the story line according to the process of open coding,spindle coding and selection coding,and then the story line is obtained.After the comparative analysis of the story line,the thesis summarizes the proposition and draws the conclusion of this paper.The paper concludes the following conclusions:(1)in the stage of social entrepreneurship integration,enterprises create conditions for integration through the way of weaving community network and obtaining legitimacy;(2)foreign enterprises can integrate poverty villages from two dimensions of building entrepreneurial platform and industrial reconstruction,and get positive feedback from the initial appearance of the industrial system of poor villages;(3)the local enterprise of poor villages(endogenous enterprise)needs to integrate the poverty-stricken villages through the means of resource integration,creating entrepreneurial environment and improving grass-roots governance,and can get positive feedback on the industrial growth of the poor villages;(4)compared with foreign enterprises,the endogenous enterprises are more likely to achieve the integration of the three parties of poverty alleviation,such as enterprises,governments and rural sages,and establish a closer relationship with the local people who are the targets of poverty alleviation;(5)in the value empowerment stage of social entrepreneurship,the extension of industrial chain is an effective way to empower the poor villages,and can get positive feedback from economic and social benefits,and deepen the industrial structure of the poor villages;(6)in the process of value empowerment,enterprises can promote the poor villages from consolidating social network and strengthening organizational learning and improve the organization Resilience of the poor village;(7)in the stage of value empowerment of social entrepreneurship,compared with endogenous enterprises,foreign enterprises with the advantages of enterprise value and social capital can build a stable industrial system,establish and develop brand value in poor villages and realize the empowerment of social value.
