Problems And Countermeasures Of Forest Land Protection

Forest land is the base which humans,various animals,plants,and microorganisms depend for survival.It is an important barrier to the earth’s ecological system.It is related to a country’s homeland security and ecological security.The protection of forestland is of great significance.Ji’an,located in the middle of Jiangxi Province,is rich in woodlands and forest resources.In recent years,Ji’an’s economy has continued to develop,industrialization and urbanization have accelerated,and the demand for forest land for various industrial land,project land and agricultural land has also continued to expand.Extensive use of forest land has made the situation of forestry land with low forest land function and low production level more serious.Following this,there are various acts of abuse and destruction of forest land.If the forest land is not protected by effective methods,Ji’an Forestry and even ecological undertakings will be hindered.This article starts from the actual situation,from the perspective of a law enforcement officer,through the analysis of the crackdown and implementation of the forestland illegal crime cases in Ji’an City over the years,combined with the problems and difficulties encountered in daily work,from the management level,the protection level,the legal level,we should discover the problems in forestland protection,analyze the reasons why forestland protection is not in place,and propose countermeasures for forestland protection: First,we must further strengthen the forestland protection of government personnel,enterprises and institutions,large forestry households,and the masses of forest areas.Consciousness,lay a solid foundation in ideology.The second is to improve the forestland protection management system and strengthen the protection from the system.The third is to increase legal protection and improve implementation in terms of policies and laws.
