| Camellia vietnamensis is one of the main cultivated species of woody edible oil tree species in Guangxi.In this study,C.vietnamensis was used as the material,and the flowering phenology period was observed and recorded on the spot from July 2019 to January 2020,and the main organs(flower buds,buds,branches,functional leaves)endogenous hormones and nutrients were determined and analyzed from the budding stage to the flowering stage.Explore the distribution and change of endogenous hormones,organic nutrients and mineral elements in the main organs of C.vietnamensis,and provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of endogenous hormones and nutrients in the tree.The main findings are as follows:1.In Nanning,Guangxi,the flowering period of C.vietnamensis is divided into budding period(mid-July to late October),initial flowering period(late October to mid-November),full blooming period(mid-November to mid-December),There are four periods including the flowering period(from mid-December to mid-January of the following year),and the number of days in each period varies.2.The content of the same endogenous hormones in different organs of C.vietnamensis differed from the budding stage to the flowering stage.In most cases before the growth of flower buds are finalized,and from the time of flower buds finalization to the flowering period,the contents of indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and Gibberellin(GA3)in flower buds are significantly higher than those in vegetative organs.3.There are differences in the content of endogenous hormones in the same organ,and the contents of IAA and Abscisic Acid(ABA)are significantly higher than those of GA3and trans-Zeatin-riboside(ZR)at any period.There are antagonistic effects on IAA and ABA in all organs.When the IAA content increases,the ABA content decreases.4.The GA3/ZR value of flower buds was extremely significantly higher than the GA3/ZR values of the other three organs.The ZR/ABA value of functional leaf is extremely significantly higher than the ZR/ABA value of the other three organs.In most cases,the GA3/ABA value is extremely significantly higher than the other three organs GA3/ABA value.The ZR/IAA values of branches and functional leaves were higher than those of flower buds and leaf buds.The GA3/IAA values and IAA/ABA values of the four organs are not obvious at different times,but before the flower buds are finalized,the IAA/ABA values of the flower buds are extremely significantly higher than the IAA/ABA values of the other three organs,and also extremely significantly higher IAA/ABA value in other periods of the organ.5.The starch content in the four organs of C.vietnamensis was significantly higher than its own soluble sugar and soluble protein content.The soluble protein content of flower buds and leaf buds was significantly higher than its own soluble sugar content,and the opposite was true for branches and functional leaves.At the same time,the soluble protein content of flower buds and leaf buds was significantly higher than that of branches and functional leaves.In the same organic nutrient composition,the organic nutrient content of each organ changes irregularly.6.From the budding stage to the flowering stage,there were differences in the content of 9 mineral elements in the 4 organs of C.vietnamensis,and there was no obvious change in the content of each mineral element.The top three mineral elements in leaf buds,branches,and functional leaves are N,Ca,and K.The total K content in flower buds is slightly higher than the Ca content,but they are all significantly lower than total N content.The total P content in flower buds and branches were higher than its Mg content,while leaf buds and functional leaves were the opposite.In the four organs,the contents of trace elements are Mn>B>Cu>Zn.In conclusion,endogenous hormones play an important role in the blooming process of C.vietnamensis.IAA and GA3significantly promote the formation and flowering of C.vietnamensis flower buds.However,the growth and construction of organs are not affected by a single endogenous hormone species,but as a result of the combination of its type and ratio,a high ratio of IAA/ABA can promote the growth of C.vietnamensis flower buds.Starch and total N are the main components of various organs,and soluble protein is the main component of growth organs.The distribution of large and medium elements in various organs is different. |
