In this paper,the improved varieties of Camellia Oleifera including ‘Changlin 3’ 、‘Changlin 4’、‘Changlin 27’ 、‘Changlin 40’、‘Changlin53’ 、‘Changlin 166’ were selected to study on the phenotypic variation for mineral nutrient stress of grafted seedling、forests at different ages and different developmental stages changes in mineral element absorption and accumulation and based on the characteristic of mineral nutrition uptake and utilization of oil-tea tree characteristic of fertilizer research,results show that:1.Camellia oleifera seedling of ‘Changlin 4’ under different processing hydroponic conditions and three months later: The plants can better growth in hogland nutrient solution(CK),The root/shoot ratio of without nitrogen(N0)was the largest,while the excess phosphorus(P)is the smallest;the maximum and the minimum of total biomass respectively the N0 and without potassium(K0),the maximum number of branches and leaves was excess potassium(K),N0 and K0 were the minimum,the survival rate of without zinc(Zn0)was the lowest.The SPAD value of CK was highest,while P and K were lowest.The content of nitrogen in CK is the highest and N0 is the lowest;N0 have the highest phosphorous and potassium content,while without phosphorus(P0)and K0 for the lowest;without magnesium(Mg0)have the lowest magnesium contents;the manganese and zinc content in Mg0 was the biggest,while P0 was the least;the content of boron in excess nitrogen(N过)was the largest and Mg0 as the smallest.2.The content of nitrogen is highest in leaves,branches and roots of Camellia oleifera,the content of phosphorous,potassium,manganese is lowest,The coefficient of phosphorous and manganese content is higher between different cultivars,respectively from 0.25 to 0.3 and 0.18 to 0.45,than the content of nitrogen and potassium is lower,respectively from 0.11 to 0.15 and 0.13 to 0.23,it is clear that,the capacity of absorption and enrichment of phosphorous and manganese in different varieties is difference.During the growth and development of Camellia oleifera,the content of mineral elements was different apparently among different varieties.The nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents in fallen leaves of Camellia oleifera lower than in normal leaves,the size of mobility in nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium elements is different between cultivars.3.The content of nitrogen,phosphorous,potassium showed a greater difference in camellia between annuals,biennials,four years old and seven years old,with the increase of age,the content of each element have shown varying degrees of downward trend,the content of nitrogen,phosphorous,potassium in annual Camellia is higher,while in seven years is lower,but the content of manganese shown no significant difference in the trees at different ages;in addition,the content of nitrogen,phosphorous,potassium in well growth camellia forest is higher than the pool,but the content of manganese is lower than the pool,so the content of nitrogen,phosphorous,potassium is an important factor to affect the growth potential of Camellia oleifera forest stand.4.During spring shoots development phase,the main mineral elements content in leaf and fruits of Camellia oleifera showed great difference.And the content of nitrogen and potassium in leaf was always much higher than phosphorus,the highest mineral element contents in leaf is nitrogen,while in fruit is potassium.During the developmental phase in spring,the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in new leaf was higher than that in elder leaf,but the mineral element contents in new leaf declined obviously along with the growth and development of spring shoots,and significant correlations was found among the content changes of these mineral elements.The content changing trend of the mineral elements in the elder leaf is not obvious,and it has significant correlations in the changing of nitrogen content among new leaf and elder leaf.Different from the leaf,the content of nitrogen in fruit showed declining trend,while the content of phosphorus and potassium did not show obvious changes.The changes of mineral element content in fruit and new leaf were closely correlated,while a relatively weak correlation was found between the fruit and elder leaf.During fruit development phase in Camellia oleifera,the main mineral elements content in leaves and fruits showed great difference.The content of nitrogen,phosphorous,potassium in leaves decreased at the early phase and increased at the late fruit development stage while manganese content increased during the whole fruit development period.The content of nitrogen,phosphorous in fruit showed a downward trend with the potassium content increased.And the manganese content was relatively stable during the development stage of fruit.The changes of mineral elements content in seeds and peels were closely correlated,while a relatively weak correlation was found between the fruits and leaves.The content of potassium was significant negative correlated in each varieties and the correlation coefficients were-0.663,-0.869 and-0.895.5.Effects of balance fertilization on growth of Camellia oleifera: Compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer applications have certain impact on the growth of young oil-tea camellia,and the treatment of T5(10g compound fertilizer for twice applications,50 g organic fertilizer in winter)for the best.nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium of different ratio have difference on the growth of Camellia oleifera,and N:P2O5:K2O(2:1:2)application for three times is the best.
