Innovation Performance And Realization Of Modern Animal Husbandry Industry From The Perspective Of Pastoral Revitalization Path Research

Animal husbandry is the pillar industry of agriculture,the main industry supporting the development of rural economy and the important task of national food security.At present,the animal husbandry industry in China is in the key period from traditional culture to scale and standardized management.The rapid growth of population,low level of science and technology,lagging behind management mode,etc.have led to serious deterioration of ecological environment,and the sustainable development of animal husbandry industry in pastoral areas is facing many challenges.Under the background of the revitalization of the pastoral areas,how to promote the modernization of animal husbandry industry,produce high innovation performance,realize the harmonious progress of animal husbandry economy with population,resources and environment,and realize the sustainable development of animal husbandry industry has become an important problem to be explored and solved.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice to improve the innovation performance of animal husbandry industry.This paper takes 11 typical animal husbandry enterprises as the research object,and discusses the influence of environment,organization,structure and individual combination of four factors and conditions on the innovation performance of animal husbandry industry by QCA and questionnaire survey.The paper also puts forward the way to promote the high innovation performance of modern animal husbandry from the perspective of enterprises and government.The results show that: the dynamic combination of four elements,environment,structure,organization and individual,respectively forms three high innovation performance paths and three low innovation performance paths of modern animal husbandry enterprises;Among them,environmental factors are the basic conditions for the production of innovation performance,and local policies and market competition are the primary factors for enterprises to invest;Any two or three configurations in structure,organization and personal factors can produce high innovation performance.From the perspective of the government,first,relevant policies are issued to encourage innovation of enterprises,and tax reduction and tax exemption policies are implemented for enterprises;At the same time,we should pay attention to the development of small enterprises,increase policy support for all aspects of them,and fully recognize the position of non-public economy in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of enterprises,relevant enterprises should clearly propose the innovation culture that conforms to the enterprise,and penetrate the innovation culture of the enterprise into the various links of the enterprise management,management,research and so on;In the long-term development of enterprises,core technology is a very key factor.Enterprises must constantly improve production technology,increase investment in technology,and actively encourage employees to participate in innovation in material and spiritual aspects.In this process,large leading enterprises should also deeply recognize their responsibilities and increase their attention and support to small enterprises.In general,in order to realize the revitalization of pastoral areas and the sustainable development of modern animal husbandry enterprises,the government should vigorously implement the financial and industrial policies conducive to the innovation of enterprises;At the same time,we should study and formulate the development plan of the enterprises which adapt to the characteristics of the pastoral areas on the premise of establishing the status of the enterprise and individual subjectivity.Finally,the effective mechanism of government leading and enterprises and individuals can promote the transformation and development of traditional animal husbandry and promote the comprehensive implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
