Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Residents Domestic Water In Rongchang District

With the planning and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,strengthening rural construction and realizing ecological livability are important contents to ensure the health and safety of water for rural residents.Since 2005,China has implemented the construction of rural drinking water safety project on a large scale,continuously improving the level of drinking water safety of rural residents,and greatly improving the sense of gain and happiness of rural residents.Chongqing kept up with the pace of The Times and issued the "Chongqing Rural Water Supply Regulations" in2016 to guarantee the construction of rural water supply projects from the institutional point of view,and gradually formed a new pattern of centralized water supply,which mainly includes three modes: centralized water supply for streets and towns,small centralized water supply and decentralized water supply for rural areas.However,due to the great difference in the geographical environment,uneven distribution of water resources,and the dual division between urban and rural areas due to historical and social reasons,the urban and rural water supply projects failed to be built simultaneously,and there are problems in rural areas such as the late start,wide distribution and small volume of water supply projects.Because of the large difference in the water supply service level between urban and rural areas,the water quality in each rural area has exceeded the standard,water supply shortage,frequent operation and management problems and other security risks.This paper takes Rongchang District of Chongqing City as the research object to investigate the water supply situation in the local rural areas.Through the preparation of questionnaires and interview Outlines,combined with theoretical research,field visits,data statistical analysis and other research methods,first of all,a detailed understanding of the current situation of rural residents’ living water in Rongchang District,the main performance is as follows: there is a pattern of well water and tap water co-use in the household;Rural residents have no unified cognition of water quality and water pollution.Rural drinking water safety exists hidden dangers;The water supply in some local areas is in short supply and so on.Secondly,in-depth analysis of the problems of rural residents living water in Rongchang District,the main problems are not fully covered by tap water,difficult operation and management,there are safety risks in drinking water,small scale of water supply,insufficient supply,serious water pollution and so on.And according to the existing problems from the local government,villages and towns water supply enterprises,rural residents and other perspectives to explore the causes of these problems.Finally,taking the problem as the guide and the reason as the breakthrough,combining with the local actual situation,by strengthening the rural water supply project construction and management,set up water supply management professional talent team,innovative rural water management pattern,realize the integration of urban and rural water supply construction,realize the stability of water quantity and water quality protection,improve the residential water security management,strengthen the regulation of water resources to solve the problem of Rongchang District of rural residents living water puts forward some Suggestions and thinking.
