As a big country with a population of 1.4 billion,ensuring food security cannot be ignored or weakened at any time.At present,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection is becoming increasingly prominent,and the negative impact of industrial production on the quality of cultivated land is becoming increasingly prominent,which directly restricts and affects the sustainable development of agriculture.In order to solve the contradiction between the limited arable land area and the increasing demand for food,the implementation of advanced agricultural planting technology has become the key.China is a big corn planting country,in the process of planting corn,the use of advanced corn planting technology,can maximize the use of arable land resources,improve the yield of corn,can better guarantee food security.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as the main corn producing region of China,has a grain sown area of 105 million mu,among which the corn sown area is 56.23 million mu,accounting for 53.55% of the grain sown area.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve and popularize the maize planting technology in Inner Mongolia and realize the increase of maize planting yield and income for ensuring the food security of the whole region.In this paper,Tongliao City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was taken as the research area to study the benefits of the technology of large-scale water-saving,fertilizer,and yield and efficiency improvement of spring corn in warm irrigation area of the West Liaohe River Basin from 2018 to 20203.Through cost-benefit analysis of the project for three consecutive years,the following results are obtained: First,from the perspective of demonstration field,in 2018,the maize yield per unit area of demonstration field increased by 108.12 kg on average per mu,and the average income per mu increased by 180.76 yuan;In 2019,the maize yield per hectare in the demonstration fields increased by 103.50 kg on average,and the average income per hectare increased by 153.01 yuan.In 2020,the yield per unit area of maize in the demonstration field was increased by 123.21 kg per mu on average,and the average income per mu was increased by 224.82 yuan.In three years,this technology had a significant effect on yield increase and income increase.Secondly,from the perspective of new agricultural operators with different planting scales,it is found that for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020,the operators with a planting scale of2000-5000 mu have the highest planting income per unit area.Therefore,it is concluded that the optimal planting scale of this technology is 2000-5000 mu,and this scale can maximize the income.Based on this,it is proposed to actively increase the publicity of water-saving,fertility,yield and efficiency enhancing technology of maize through various media channels.In order to provide reference for Tongliao City and northern China to promote maize water-saving and fertilizer-rich technology,it is suggested to strengthen the training of technical extension personnel,use government policy support,and construct the pattern of government cooperative power in the market.
