| Deep Inland,far from the sea and ringed by high mountains,Xinjiang has made it difficult for moist ocean air to enter,creating an extremely arid continental climate characterized by low precipitation and high evaporation,formed Xinjiang Agriculture "Desert Oasis,Irrigation Agriculture" characteristic.The farmland construction project with water-saving irrigation technology as the core will become one of the important contents of Xinjiang farmland infrastructure construction,agricultural water-saving irrigation project is related to the sustainable development of water resources.Xinjiang as the main cotton production area,with the continuous development of society and scientific progress,the scale of cotton field water-saving construction project is also expanding.Water-saving agriculture not only improved the yield and quality of cotton,increased farmers’ income,but also improved the ecological environment.On the basis of consulting literature and relevant experts,this paper takes the water-saving irrigation project of 3000 Mu Cotton field in the 14 th regiment of Xinjiang Aral,Xinjiang as an example,this paper establishes 10 evaluation indexes from three aspects of the economic,social and ecological environmental benefits of the water-saving irrigation project,constructs the evaluation index system of the benefit of the water-saving irrigation project,and evaluates the benefit of the project,to understand the implementation of its water-saving irrigation projects and the level of benefits generated.According to the evaluation,among the 3000 MU cotton field water-saving irrigation projects in the 14 th regiment of Aral,Xinjiang,the economic benefit of the water-saving irrigation project is the most important,the social benefit is the second,the ecological and environmental benefit is a little weaker.In this regard,according to the evaluation results,in view of the actual situation,the rationalization suggestions and recommendations are given. |
