Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin is a kind of fungus grass,which has high nutritional value,strong resistance to adversity,wide adaptability,and great economic and social value.The fungus grass industry has gradually become a propeller to help alleviate poverty,produce high yield and become rich,and drive the mutual benefit and win-win situation of many countries[2].Planting megacarpa in the relatively arid northern region can not only provide high-quality forage,but also can prevent wind and fix sand.The industry of megacarpa has a significant impact on economy,society and ecology,and has a broad research prospect.But the giant Jun Cao grow in the northern area of promotion is one of the problems in recent years,in order to solve the northern region huge Jun Cao winter greenhouse seedling planting technology,based on the giant Jun Cao inside the sunlight greenhouse planting as the research object,the researches on the growth regularity of giant Jun Cao in sunlight greenhouse,including huge Jun Cao greenhouse seedling technique and huge Jun Cao growth,Specifically,the effects of different soil depth on seedling emergence rate,different growth environment on the growth of megacarpa,the effects of stubble on the growth of megacarpa,and the differences between solar greenhouse and field planting were analyzed.The results were as follows:(1)In the experiment on the influence of different soil depth on seedling emergence rate,the seedling emergence rate was 84%when the soil depth was 3cm,76.7%when the soil depth was 5cm,and 54.2%when the soil depth was 7cm.According to the buried depth of Mycograss seed strips,the experimental results showed that the dominant order of seedling emergence rate was 3cm>5cm>7cm.The seedling emergence rate was 7.3%higher when the buried depth of Mycograss was 3cm than that when the buried depth was5cm,and 39.8%higher than that when the buried depth was 7cm.It can be seen that the buried depth of Mycograss seed strips should be shallow rather than deep.The soil depth of 3cm-5cm was more suitable for seedling cultivation.(2)Among the effects of different growth environments on the growth of Mycohera,temperature had an obvious effect on the growth of Mycohera.By monitoring the growth indexes in different periods,the experiment showed that Mycohera grew rapidly under35℃,plant height grew significantly in the growing season,and the growth of tillers was also obvious,while the growth of Mycohera was slow under 30℃and 25℃.Under the different light processing,with the increase of treatment days,growth indicators of giant Jun Cao increases gradually,giant Jun Cao under normal light plant grow quickly,looks like the plant height in the growing season,increase tillering also evident,shade and mild to moderate shade environment growing more slowly than normal lighting environment,and growth advantage in order to normal illumination>light shade>moderate shade.Through the observation and analysis in the solar greenhouse using different gradient temperature(25℃,30℃,35℃),normal light condition and shading treatment,the results show that the fungus grass under 35℃environment,normal light condition adaptability,fast growth rate,high grass yield,grass quality is fresh and soft,can be applied to the best indoor planting fungus grass conditions.(3)The results of the stubble treatment showed that,compared with the unstubble treatment,the growth rate of the stubble treatment was significantly increased,including various growth indicators,such as plant height,tillers,number of leaves,biomass;The number of tillers formed and the rate of tiller increasing were both higher than that of unplanted stubble.The biomass after cropping was significantly higher than that without cropping.It can be seen that the stubble treatment changed the growth rate and increased the tiller number of M.giganteum.The biological yield of the giant fungus grass was increased.(4)In the experiment of solar greenhouse and field cultivation,the temperature difference between 10℃and 15℃had a significant effect on the growth of fungus.The number of tillers was increased by 2-5,the plant height was increased by 18-25cm,the single plant fresh weight was increased by 0.05kg-0.2kg,and the bush fresh weight was increased by 0.3kg-0.9kg.The results showed that the tillering,plant height and biomass of C.giganteum planted in solar greenhouse were all higher than those planted in field.
