| In this study, the oil peony’Feng Dan’ seeds were used as materials, and the seeds were stored after harvesting in four storage methods(room temperature bulk A,room temperature vacuum packing B,4℃ bulk C,and-20℃ bulk D).The storage time is 12 months.By measuring the physiological indexes of the seeds during each month during the storage period, the oil yield and the quality of the seed oil,the fatty acid composition, comparing the effects of different storage methods,to determine the suitable post-harvest storage environment of’Feng Dan’ seeds. The main research contents and results are as follows:i)By comparing the changes of physiological activities of seeds with the storage time under the four storage methods, the best storage effect is: B>D>C>A.ii)By comparing the changes of the oil yield of the seeds with the storage time under the four storage methods, the best storage effect is: D>C>B>A.iii)By comparing the changes of the quality of oil and fat extracted from seeds under different storage methods with storage time, the best storage effect is: D>C>B>A.iv)By comparing the changes of fatty acid composition of seed oil extracted from grains under different storage methods with storage time, the fatty acid content of extracted seed oil was the highest in linolenic acid, followed by linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid. The best storage effect is: D>B>C>A.In summary,by comparing the differences between the four storage methods, the storage time of’Feng Dan’ seeds should not exceed 6 months in bulk at room temperature, and should not exceed 10 months in vacuum packaging at room temperature,in bulk at 4℃ The storage time should not exceed 10 months.Although the-20℃ bulk storage method can obviously guarantee the quality of seeds and extracted seed oil compared with other storage methods, reaching a storage period of 12 months, but if stored for a long time, the seeds and extraction The quality of seed oil will decrease accordingly. In the actual production process, the ’Feng Dan’ grains can be air-dried,and the ’Feng Dan’ seeds can be stored in a vacuum-sealed packaging and frozen storage method to avoid the loss caused by the deterioration of oil or finished oil. |
