| The experiment was conducted to study the effects of hemp seed oil (HSO)and cysteamine (CS) supplementations on milk performance and anti-oxidation of serum of dairy buffaloes. The 30 crossbred dairy buffaloes (The local buffalo×Nili-Ravi×Murrah) with similar parity (2 or 3), mid-lactation and the same body condition, were selected from the same cowshed. According to the similar average milk production, they were assigned to 6 groups, each group had 5 buffaloes. The experiment designed with two factors, factor one was HSO, and factor two was CS. The six groups were adding 0 g H+0 g CS/head·d,0 g H+50 g CS/head·d,0 g H+100 g CS/head-d, 150 g H+0 g CS/head-d,150 g H+50 g CS/head·d,150 g H+100 g CS/head-d to the basic ration, respectively. All experimental animal freedly access to the diets and water. Whole experiment period included 14 days for adaptation and 28 days for experimental period. The result showed that, there was no significant influence on the 4% buffalo FCM production after adding hemp seed oil and CS.It would rising fat rate and total solid content, but had no significant influence on protein percentage or milk lactose, and it would rising the content of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid),TVA (trans vaccenic acid) and C18:0 significantly in milk fat after adding HSO and CS (P<0.05). Overall, the effect of increase the CLA in milk fat with buffalo diet combined adding HSO and cysteamine had a better effect than the only addition of HSO or cysteamine. Addition of HSO or cysteamine would rising Insulins (INS) level and the anti-oxidation of the serum, but there were no significant influence on immunoglobulin levels of dairy buffalo. HSO could significantly increase the content of plasma UFA and C18:2n6c,but there were no effect on other fatty acids. Addition hemp seed oil and cysteamine had no significant effect on the concentration of the rumen pH and acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and total volatile fatty acids, It would significantly increase the content of lactic acid in the rumen fluid after adding 150g hemp seed oil, addition cysteamine or both cysteamine and hemp seed oil could significantly reduce the value of acetic acid /propionic acid (P<0.05). Buffalo diets adding 150 g HSO could significantly reduce the number of VA butyric acid and succinic (P<0.01) in the rumen produce acid-producing filamentousã€vibrio bacteriumã€vibrio acid and soluble fiber.Buffalo diets adding 100 g CS could significantly reduce acid production in the rumen filamentous bacterium number (P<0.05), buffalo diets HSO〠cysteamine, and combinations thereof, would significantly reduced rumen soluble fiber Butyrivibrio content, no significant influence on other bacterias. |
