Study On The Repair Of Animal Trauma By Rothenomyos Powder

Huafushengji powder is a traditional Chinese veterinary prescription composed on the basic theory of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine,which is mainly used for the repair of animal wounds.In order to explore its therapeutic mechanism and verify its clinical efficacy,the following tests were conducted:1.Animal wound model test66 SD rats were randomly divided into 11 groups,6 in each group,with the same amount of male and female.They were normal control group,fresh wound with low dose group,infected wound with low dose group,fresh wound with middle dose group,infected wound with middle dose group,Fresh wound with high dose group,infected wound with high dose group,fresh wound with western drug control group,infected wound with western drug control group,fresh wound model control group and infection wound model control group.The administration method of Huafushengji powder in the trial groups was oral +topical application.The high,middle and low doses were 1 m L/rat,2 m L/rat and 3 m L/rat,respectively,and that of the Western drug control group was topical application.Healing of wound area was observed everyday,and the blood was collected on 0d,5d,10 d,15d and20 th to determine the content of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Tissues around the wound were collected to slice for observation.The results showed that the wound healing time of each trial group of Huafushengji powder was shorter than that of the western drug control group,and the speed of granulation tissue growth and tissue reconstruction were also faster than that of the western drug control group.The contents of IL-6 of the rats in each trial group at the early stage were higher than that in the control group,while the contents of TNF-α were lower than that in the control groups.And at the later stage,the content of the above two gradually approached normal.It prompted that,Huafushengji powder has the effect of promoting wound repair and shortening the time of wound repair.The possible mechanism was,promoting the removal of foreign bodies in the wound,accelerating the growth of new capillaries and proliferation of fibroblasts,accelerating the tissue reconstruction by regulating the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α.2.Clinical test28 wound cases of dogs and cats were divided into young group,middle-aged group and old group according to age,and treated with Huafushengji powder to observe the wound healing rate,wound color and wound secretions.The results showed that the recovery rate was 82.14%,the apparent efficiency rate was 10.71%,the improvement rate was 3.57%,and the inefficiency rate was 3.57%,while the total effective rate was 92.85%.Among them,the clinical efficacy of young group was significantly better than those of middle-aged group and the old group;Huafushengji powder have the effect to promote the formation of wound secretions,accelerate the growth of granulation tissue,improve local blood circulation of wounds,and promote tissue reconstruction.It prompted that,Huafushengji powder had a good effect on animal wound,especially on large-area wound.
