The Irritation On Rabbits And The Effects Of Promotion On Wound Healingof Human Fibrin Adhesive

Fibrin adhesive consists two components of fibrinogen and thrombin mainly,with good histocompatibility,hemostatic and adhesive properties.With trace of Ca2 + and coagulation factor XIII,fibrinogen is converted to insoluble fibrin which is important for adhesion,covering the wound,and filling ruptures.At present,the research and application of fibrin adhesive is mainly aimed at human local hemostasis,and it is used to treat the bleeding of burns,general surgical abdominal incision,liver wound and vascular surgical wound.It is also used for wound healing,preventing adhesion,sustained release.There are few studies on the development and application of specific fibrin adhesives for animals.In this paper,human fibrin adhesive was used to test the local irritation of rabbits,to test the feasibility of using human fibrin adhesive for animal administration and verify the feasibility of the wound healing.The result indicates that human fibrinogen has positive effects on the promotion of animal wound healing.And the experiment provides theoretical basis for the development of animal fibrin adhesives.The contents and results of the experiment are as follows:1.Local irritation testIn order to evaluate the feasibility and safety of the use of human fibrin adhesive for animals,the animal’s local irritation experiment was carried out,including the normal skin irritation test of rabbits,the injury skin irritation test and the subcutaneous implantation local reaction test.The experiment of rabbits those normal skin were given human fibrin adhesive indicates that after repeated administration of human fibrin adhesives and listed products,rabbits are safe.Under the experiment conditions,the rabbit normal skin was coated with multiple fibrin adhesives and listed products irritation test no drug-induced pathological changes,and for the rabbit is safe;No drug-stimulating pathologic changes was found in rabbits those damaged skin multiple coated with the fibrin adhesive and the commercially products.And there was no difference between the fibrin adhesive and the commerciallyproducts.The local reaction test of human fibrin adhesive implanted in rabbits showed that implanted human fibrin adhesive had no significant effect on the clinical symptoms,such as:body weight and food intake of rabbits.There was no significant difference between the samples on the side of the human fibrin adhesive.2.Rabbit wound healing testA total of 18 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,control group,group that only uses the fibrin adhesive,group only uses listed products,group uses fibrin adhesive and surgical suture,group that sues listed products substance and surgical suture,and surgical suture group.The rabbits were taken the corresponding test plan.The results of the experiment are as follows: fibrin adhesives have a positive effect on promoting wound healing in animals.In this study,fibrin adhesives were able to achieve the effect of listed products in wound closure time and fracture force.Using the fibrin adhesive is a better way on wound healing than natural healing;the best way is using the fibrin adhesives and surgical suture as a combination on the wound healing of rabbits.
