In recent years,large-scale dairy farming has flourished, which not only saves the cost of human and financial resources but also improves the economic profit. However, the farming concept, level of management, epidemic prevention work is incoordinated with the speed of scale-up dairy farming, and also has a negative effects. The incidence of dairy cows endometritis has recently increased, which deserves special focus.Andometritis leads to abortion, infertility, high elimination of death and dramatic economic costs, etc. Therefore, investigations into the definite causes of endometritis and setting the targeted interventions against endometritis is valuable for farming. In this study,we performed Yimu Cloud software to collect the datas for one year including temperature,humidity,parity,non-partition,dystocia,number of fetuses, artificial insemination, hereditary factors, together with pasture environmental facilities, etc from10,824 lactating cows which were aged two to eight years from a large-scale ranch in Baoji. Then,we randomly selected 40 cows suffered clinically endometritis, and divided them into two groups for exploring a useful treatment measure. One group was treated by Western medicine, while the other group was treated by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The therapeutic of outcomes from the two sets was compared to estimate the treatment schedule. The results are shown below:1.The results showed that the incidence of Endometritis in dystocia cows was significantly higher than that in normal cows; And the incidence of Endometritis in twin cows was significantly higher than that in singleton cows.In addition, the endometritis exhibited a positive strongly correlation with the humidity and artificial insemination speed, and endometritis was positive associated with temperature.Furthermore, the rates of endometritis and placenta retension were also moderately correlated. However, parity was negatively correlated with the incidence of endometritis.2.Analysis causative agents of endometritis in the pasture from report,we develop measures for the prevention and control of endometritis which consisted with reasonable temperature, humidity, and perioperative management, scientific perifeeding, preventation of Twin pregnancies, standardized midwifery practice, quality health care during postpartum periods, and resonable operating smart devices.3.From the result of treating clinically endometritis,we found that combination of Baogong San and Western medicine was much better than Western medicine therapies only and the cure rate of clinically cow endometritis could reach for 90%.Furthermore,the conception rate of dairy cows with endometritis after standard treatment was up to 85%.To sum up,causes of endometritis in dairy cows were definited and targeted interventions against endometritis had preventive effects. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine could improved the cured rate and conception rate of dairy cows with endometritis, and significantly decreased the elimination rate.
