| At present,China has become a big country of feed production in the world,and the requirements of automation,precision and specialization of feed processing equipment are becoming higher and higher.Comminution is one of the important processes in feed production.Hammer crusher is a widely used comminution machine at present.After comminuted by large crusher,the material products need to occupy a large area of silo and special conveying and packaging equipment.However,a lot of manpower is needed for the collection of materials and products after crushing by small and medium-sized crushers.For small and medium-sized feed crushers,the intelligent packaging equipment matching with them has not been developed.Therefore,the design and development of intelligent packaging equipment matching with small and medium-sized Hammer Crushers is one of the ways to save feed production cost and improve production efficiency.In view of this phenomenon,this paper takes the new hammer feed grinder as the research object,and develops an intelligent packaging device matching with the working parameters of the grinder.The main researches are as follows:(1)Complete the mechanical structure design of intelligent packaging device.Based on the working parameters of the new hammer crusher developed by the research group,the material storage mechanism,conveying mechanism and weighing mechanism are designed.In order to ensure the material flow characteristics and storage space,the overall flow wedge-shaped bin is selected as the storage mechanism,and the minimum bin inclination,bin volume and bin discharge port size are determined.In order to ensure the sealing and adjustable feeding speed,the screw conveyor is selected as the feeding mechanism.The design dimensions include the diameter of the screw blade,the diameter and length of the transmission shaft,the screw pitch of the auger,and the diameter of the barrel.In order to realize the quantitative weighing of the packer,the intermittent method and the net weight quantitative weighing method are adopted.The 3D model of intelligent packaging device is drawn by Solid Works.(2)Through comparing and analyzing the traditional PID and fuzzy adaptive PID,the fuzzy adaptive PID is chosen as the control algorithm of the weighing mechanism of the intelligent packaging device,and the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is set.Based on MATLAB Simulink module,the two control algorithms of weighing intelligent packaging device are simulated and analyzed.The dynamic response curve and system error curve of fuzzy adaptive PID control system and traditional PID control system are obtained.Compared with the results,it is found that the fuzzy adaptive PID control system has the advantages of low overshoot,quick response,high stability,strong anti-interference ability and good robustness.(3)The control system of intelligent packaging device is designed.Based on the design parameters,the PLC hardware and its expansion module,all kinds of sensors and drivers are selected.According to the functional requirements,I / O address is allocated,and the process flow chart and sequence diagram of the intelligent packaging device are compiled.Based on the PLC programming software STEP7 v2.5,the program of the control system of the intelligent packaging device is edited.Based on the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm,the driving motor of the packaging device is controlled by PLC to realize the adaptive feeding and quantitative weighing.Through the above research,it is expected to provide theoretical basis for the development of intelligent crushing system,and provide technical support for the intelligent development of process system equipment in feed production industry. |
