Under the promotion of sustainable development strategy,feed processing industry in China has entered a stage of high yield,high efficiency and green sustainable development.Feed processing is the link between agriculture and animal husbandry,breeding and processing industry of agricultural and animal husbandry products,which plays an important role in the national economy.Comminution is one of the important processes in feed processing.The improvement of comminution efficiency can save cost and reduce energy consumption for the whole feed processing process.It is found that the efficiency of feed crusher can be increased by about 10% if the feed quantity is stable and accurate.However,most of the feed crushing equipment does not have a matching feeding device,and intelligent feed crushing equipment and its supporting feeding device have not been developed in China.In order to solve this problem,this project takes the new hammer crusher developed by the research group as the research object,and develops a matching intelligent feeding device,including two parts of mechanical structure and control system,The main works are as follows:(1)Determine the overall design of intelligent feeding device.Starting from the rated production capacity of hammer crusher,a screw feeder is designed by selecting corn particles as the processing object,including the design of key parts and the selection of motor.In order to improve the material capacity of the feeder,the nonlinear multi-dimensional optimization method and fmincon function are used to optimize the parameters of the feeder.The 3D solid model of the feeder is established by using Solid Works software,and the trial production of the mechanical structure of the feeder is completed.(2)Determine the motor control algorithm of feeder.In order to control the feeding precision of raw material formula,the fuzzy control strategy and PID control algorithm are used to control the feeder motor.With the help of Simulink platform,the model of intelligent feeding control system is built and the simulation analysis is carried out.The results are compared with the traditional PID control algorithm.The results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control has smaller adjustment error and more stable control than the traditional PID control.(3)In the realization of feeder control system,the control requirements of feeder are formulated,and the hardware selection of control system is completed,It includes PLC controller,level sensor,gravity sensor and step driver.In order to more intuitively understand the control requirements and facilitate the writing of control program,I/O address assignment,electrical schematic diagram and wiring diagram are drawn.Finally,ladder diagram program is written by Siemen’s programming software v4.0 STEP7.Through the research of this subject,it is expected to provide theoretical support and technical reference for the intelligent development of small and medium-sized feed crushing machinery system.
