With the continuous development of industrialization,environmental problems caused by large-scale greenhouse gas emissions are a huge challenge facing the world,and energy conservation and emission reduction are the focus of all countries.There are two main ways to mitigate the greenhouse effect: one is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and improve energy efficiency;the other is to increase carbon sinks and improve the carbon sequestration capacity of various regions.Greening to reduce carbon dioxide emissions is the most commonly used method.The ocean has the ability to absorb,fix and store carbon dioxide in seawater.The calculation of ocean carbon sinks and related research on its influencing factors are the center of current academic research.At present,there are more researches on forestry carbon emissions and carbon emissions trading markets,and there are fewer studies on the economic value of marine aquaculture carbon sink fisheries through carbon sequestration,and a marine carbon sink carbon trading market has not yet been established,while forestry carbon emissions trading market pilots The operation of the ocean carbon sink trading market provides a reference for the theory and practice of the ocean carbon sink trading market.Based on the research on the carbon sink capacity of my country’s mariculture carbon sink fishery and its influencing factors,carbon emission efficiency,and forestry carbon trading market and other related literature,review the theoretical foundations of sustainable development theory,ecosystem theory and carbon cycle theory Analyze the correlation between the economic value and economic efficiency of marine aquaculture carbon sink fishery and the establishment of a marine carbon trading market.Based on the statistical data related to marine aquaculture shellfish and algae in nine coastal provinces of my country from2008 to 2019,the carbon aggregate amount,namely the carbon sink capacity,was calculated;on the basis of the traditional carbon tax law and artificial afforestation method,the marine aquaculture carbon sink fishery economy was constructed The value model has calculated its economic value and comprehensively analyzed its evolutionary pattern in time and space.On this basis,the LMDI index decomposition method is used to analyze the factors affecting the economic value of marine aquaculture carbon sinks and fisheries,through the traditional one-stage DEA model and DEA-Malmquist The index method analyzes the economic efficiency of mariculture carbon sinks and fisheries from a static and dynamic perspective,and provides relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of marine carbon sinks trading markets based on this.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the carbon sink capacity and economic value of marine aquaculture in the nine coastal provinces(regions)showed an overall upward trend during the study period,but the differentiation was more obvious,showing the Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Zone,Pan-Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone,Pan-Bohai Rim The descending power pattern of the economic zone.Specifically,Shandong and Fujian provinces have a large amount of carbon sinks in marine aquaculture,and the economic value generated by them is also greater than that of other provinces(regions).They have always been in a leading position among the nine coastal provinces(regions);second,static analysis: Shandong Province Both Fujian and Fujian Provinces were effective units during the study period.The economic efficiency of carbon sink fisheries has been in a stable state,and other provinces(regions)have slightly changed;third,dynamic analysis: the total factor productivity of carbon sink fishery economy has changed significantly,among which 2008-During 2009,the 12-year highest value was1.207,an increase of 20.7%,and the lowest value from 2017 to 2018 was 0.698.The difference between the highest value and the lowest value was large.Technological changes played an important role in it;fourth,from the evolution of time and space Look,the economic value highlights the characteristics of the Pan-Bohai Rim,Pan-Yangtze River Delta,and Pan-Pearl River Delta.The analysis of the evolution of time and space shows that the scientific positioning of carbon sink fisheries in China,the rational allocation,the situation of land and sea coordination,and the main pilot projects of mariculture carbon sinks Vigorous promotion in the country,continuous investment in capital and advanced equipment,shows that China’s carbon sink fishery is accelerating its development trend.China is in the "new normal" of economic development.It is obvious that reducing the economic cost of carbon emissions is the best choice for current development.By calculating the economic value generated by carbon sink fisheries,and analyzing the internal factors that affect economic value,as well as the economic efficiency of carbon sink fisheries,it has certain reference significance for promoting the environmentally friendly and high-quality development of my country’s marine fisheries,and for future marine carbon trading.The establishment of the market provides a practical basis and basis.
